Mar 16, 2025 · Hannah TuinstraWe have been going here for years and they have always been great. They give you advice and options. They have always been able to see us in a timely matter. Everyone that works here is knowledgeable and kind.
May 12, 2025 · Donald AustinThis one's good for hamsters and bunny rabbits. I have zero confidence the ability of this clinic to handle any sort of real situation that requires anything further than an exam for very small animals. The vet has zero confidence in herself or her ability to handle dogs that may show the slightest distain for being a vet office in general. Dogs absolutely read into this behavior, which only makes situations worse. One simple blood draw without any examination and yet still charging for an exam on top of the blood draw. This was not explained to me when making the appoint and when I asked for referrals to another vet, it took me being in the office to get that referral. It's clear to me that this vet is quite incompetent.
Mar 04, 2025 · Manda LynnWe have been taking our cat here since we adopted her. She has never had any major surgeries or procedures until today, but we picked her up earlier today after her spay and microchip and she had poop IN HER FUR. The only way I am convinced that it can get that tightly wound in her fur is that she wasn't able to use the bathroom and was kept in her crate the whole time. I may not be educated in veterinary medicine, but I know for a fact that it isn't healthy especially with such an important surgery. I will be scheduling a follow-up with another vet to make sure they did everything correctly. They also charged us almost $600 for this treatment. I have heard bad things about this vet from numerous people, but I wanted to have faith. After this recent visit, I'm not so sure they deserved that.
Jan 29, 2025 · Rori NikoleI will never use this vet again after what they did to Charlie. This occurred in August of 2023 I brought Charlie in because he wasn't eating and loosing weight. They did took blood and urine for testing. Told me those results came back normal. Told me it's probably his teeth. They removed 7 teeth on this poor cat. Charged me 900 dollars. He still wouldn't eat, kibble, wet kibble, wet cat food, warm wet cat food, and even his favorite human foods. I took him back 3 days after his teeth removal. I was told he has a low grade fever and is just being stubborn about eating. They gave him fluids antibiotics and a pain relief shot. That was 250 dollars. Well after 3 more days he still wouldn't eat so I brought him in again. They literally did and said the same thing! 3 more days after this he STILL wasn't eating, and I took him back again. At this point he was skin and bones and his eyes were clouded over, he was only 7 years old. When I went in the last time I said "this is it, we either find out what's wrong or it time to euthanize him". He was miserable. I get a call that the vet noticed that he had blood in his urine the very first day I brought him in! They pulled this cats teeth out for nothing, but torture and financial gain. She said she was going to get another urine sample and call me back. She did call me back and informed me his whole body was filled with fluids! He was diagnosed with FIP. I understand fip is hard to diagnosed at times, but Charlie should not have gotten his teeth removed. They were not the problem if he had blood in his urine before they even pulled teeth. Charlie could have had his suffering ended sooner if they didn't want to milk me like a cow for money. I am still upset to this day that they put the poor cat through teeth extraction and 2 weeks without food. They wouldn't listen to me! I knew it wasn't his teeth especially after getting them removed, his sister had 6 teeth extracted with no complications the year prior. I have been around animals my whole life, Charlie looked like he was at deaths door and they looked past that! Needless to say don't use this clinic if you want proper care for your beloved pets.
