Whiteland Animal Clinic (Our New Name: Animal Clinic Whiteland Greenwood)

The office is dated and needs fixed and a very good cleaning. The doctor and the nurses were great. He spoke to me at length about what was happening. He wasn't just trying to sell me on a bunch of unneeded things. He was cautious around my cat which is advised as he is an outside cat mostly and doesn't trust most people. I will definitely be going back and look forward to seeing the new location.

If you love your dogs, DO NOT BRING THEM TO INDERDEEP SINGH. I've taken my dog to him 3 times in the last 5-6 weeks, and my dog is getting worse, not better. My dog is lathargic, has no energy, won't eat and is vomiting, and continues to lose weight. He looks so sick.... I feel like I'm losing my dog, and I'm taking him to a so called professional for help... INDERDEEP needs to rid himself of his arrogance, and take better care of the sick animals in his office. I have to go to Bean Blossom to save my dog.

This office is clearly more money motivated than care motivated. Additionally, Dr. Singh made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I could tell that the female vet techs that were working with him seemed on edge.

We didn't feel rushed today when we had to our dog down. They asked if we wanted more time to say goodbyes, they let me hold him as long as I needed, and they gave us the sweetest card with his paw prints. I bawled when I opened it. Thank you guys.

This is not our regular veterinary clinic. We have a care plan with another veterinary office however, we have struggled since before CoVID with getting appointments that are not months away. You can’t always plan ahead for your pets to be sick. We have taken our pets to Whiteland Animal Clinic many times now. They have always gotten us in very quickly, call to let us know if they had a cancellation and can get us in earlier and are always very timely during appointments. Their rates seem fair if not less than many places and in our experience, the vet does not order tests, X-rays, or other procedures unnecessarily. They do require pet owners wait in the parking lot which we honestly do not mind. The clinic is always very busy but staff is always very friendly and responsive. One of our 4 dogs was seen at Whiteland Animal Clinic in May when, we again could not get in with the vet at which we have a care plan. They with out a doubt saved our dogs life and did so with minimal additional testing. Being a veterinarian, veterinary nurse, or even receptionist in a veterinary office has to me a very difficult job. I am grateful for those who do the job. I have referred many to this clinic and will continue to do so.
