I've been coming here a while now since August 2024. Been here about 5 or 6 times now. I'm always impressed with the Front end Staff. They're pleasant, informative and courteous each time, regardless of how busy it might be. That's a positive. The Vet Assistants are always courteous and kind to my pets. Even my 16 y/o poodle who has immense anxiety. That's a positive! The Veterinarian I saw was Samantha Graber. I never felt she tried to push anything on my dog or unwanted vaccinations. She was the 1st to notice our dogs allergies and skin issues during a routine yearly physical on our newly adopted 4 y/o dog. That's a plus because that means she's getting a good and thorough physical examination ! The place is always clean and its decorations are charming as well. Really nice pet related artwork. I took dozens of photos in the summer for this review and I can't find them!!! Nice place .... So at this point where I stand and having been here nearly half a dozen times, I would recommend whitehouse veterinarian.

I can't recommend Dr. Graber and the staff at Whitehouse Vet enough! Since adopting our cat, we’ve struggled to improve her health, but after working with this amazing team, we finally feel confident in the care she’s receiving. In just a month, she has truly come to life—she’s playing, running, and rolling around like never before. We are so grateful for their genuine care and expertise. They’ve made a huge difference, and we can't thank them enough!

I have always been very happy using this vet. BUT, today I had to wait over an hour for my dog to be seen. She needed a very minor procedure and I was charged 113.00. It’s outrageous to charge so much money for something that literally took less than 5 minutes. Guess it’s time to find someplace new. Very disappointed. What do you have to say for yourself, Whitehouse vet?

An absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Niki McCrea. Very knowledgeable, empathetic, and professional. Truly appreciate her bedside manner with my at times "not so easy to deal with," Xoloitzcuintli (Mexican Hairless). Thank you Dr. Niki and Whitehouse Veterinary Hospital staff!
