I CANNOT WRITE ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE. 🩷 Dr. Miller is the absolute best. My little guy is quite sassy, and we've had to make many trips to see her. Every time she is so kind and patient with him. She reassures me and my dog that even though he is a little feisty she still loves him. We live in downtown Columbus now and happily make the drive to Westerville to continue care here. Taylor at the front is so kind and welcoming. Anytime we talk on the phone to her she answers all our questions and is happy to do it. If you are looking for an office with the sweetest hearts towards fur babies, look no further.

We were in town for the holidays from out of state and our pup broke a nail in a weird way. Not only was WestVets open on Christmas Eve, but they were quick to fit our dog in for an appointment. We thought it would be a quick fix, but through a thorough and thoughtful exam, the vet realized the correction would require sedation and a bootie. They took great care of our fur baby, and even decorated his bootie for the holiday. The cherry on top: they texted us on Christmas Day to check in on him! We are so grateful to WestVets for their care!!! We'd highly recommend their services to anyone looking for emergency/urgent services for their pet.

I couldn't be more thankful for the caring and knowledgeable staff here. Our vet was not available, and we brought our cat Savannah here on a Saturday knowing it may be her time. She couldn't wait until our vet could see her, and they welcomed her right in. It was so difficult to even speak to them I was so emotional. The doctor was so patient, amazing and understanding. The staff were so caring and supportive. I couldn't be more appreciative of them in making sure Savannah went as peacefully as possible. I write this looking at her little paw prints they provided with tears in my eyes, and I feel so thankful for their help.

We took our Bunsen here at 11:30 at night for an emergency visit and were able to leave an hour later with a resolved issue. The staff are very friendly and care a lot, and the price was amazing compared to other emergency vets. I will definitely be back for basic care for my other pets and keep them in mind for emergency visits

This clinic has very kind and knowledgeable staff. They took their time to ensure I had all of my questions answered. I also did not feel rushed during my appointments especially since my first visit was for urgent care. The techs are very nice and communicative. The techs at the front desk answering the phones are very helpful, they listen to you, and accommodate very well. The tech that answered the phones when I came for Urgent care was very calm, collected, and gracious despite myself being a nervous wreck lol. I did apologize to the tech when I arrived since I felt I came off as rude (as I was really anxious on the phone) the tech was extremely understanding and did not interpret my interaction as rude. Bless them. I definitely recommend this clinic!
