Westfield Animal Hospital

I was initially referred to what I thought was Westfield Animal Hospital by a friend who had an excellent experience with her dog. Unfortunately, I later learned that I had contacted a different hospital altogether. I called to schedule an appointment and inquire about a promotion, but the interaction left much to be desired. Kayla, the person who answered, was unprofessional and not receptive to my questions. I was informed about a deposit requirement, which I paid without hesitation. However, when I tried to ask further questions, Kayla abruptly hung up the phone. On calling back, she mentioned she would check if Jenn could speak with me. At that point, I decided to cancel my appointment due to the poor customer service. After speaking with Jenn, I indicated that I wanted to keep my appointment and discuss the service with the vet. However, Jenn then informed me that the deposit meant I would have to pay additional money, citing it as hospital policy. Confused and dissatisfied—especially after already paying a deposit—I ultimately decided to cancel altogether. As a new customer, I was disappointed by the unprofessional manner and lack of clear communication. This experience does not reflect the compassionate and attentive care one expects for their pet. My dog is a patient of Westfield animal hospital and goes to dr uhle and we absolutely love it there! The staff and doctors are so amazing and so thorough you can tell how much they care for the animals there. I’m so happy I found this place and will never go anywhere else again.

The Westfield Animal Hospital has been taking care our pet dog Benji for years! Doctors, Technicians and Staff always attentive, caring and helpful. After visit, routinely get call with follow up testing results. Benji has also had dental cleaning and procedures. Highly recommended!

Have been going to Westfield Animal Hospital for years. Staff very friendly. Dr. Jablecki is excellent she treats my dog like her own, takes time with you.

I can't speak highly enough of this entire staff. We have interacted with Dr. DeSimone and Dr. Jablecki over the years and they have been amazing. There's been some tough conversations to have recently and Dr. Jablecki was thorough with the current situation we're going through and laid out all our options in such a professional and caring manner. It can be stressful being a pet owner and to know you're receiving the best care in the area helps put us at ease (as best the situation will allow). I also wanted to note that while I may not know the names of everyone at the front desk as well as the vet techs, we recognize the faces when we come in and seeing staff not be a rotating door speaks volumes to this practice as a whole. Thanks for everything you've done for us and continue to do.
