I’ve had a few cats that I’ve taken here over the last ten years. One cat, Eleanor had a respiratory infection so bad she was on the verge of not breathing. Western helped her greatly and brought her back to good health. I recently had to bring my cat Marley to them with a uterine infection due to being skipped over by accident on fixing day before I could adopt her. They did such a good job making her as comfortable as she could be for a cat being at the vet. lol they did what they needed to do to bring her up to good health and I’m forever grateful to them because life doesn’t feel right when your animals aren’t feeling right! Every staff member and doctor I’ve dealt with there have all been super friendly and it’s the place I’ll continue to take my animals when they are in need. Thank you so much!

I have to give a negative review, not for the veterinarians but for the front desk receptionist. Katie and/or Katherine, are terrible. They will not try to understand your questions, let alone make any attempts at answering them by communicating with the veterinarian. I have made several attempts to contact the vet regarding my sick and in pain pet, only to find out that none of my concerns had been related to them. This forced us to wait DAYS to get an answer and be seen by the vet. They claimed a refill on pain medications was contingent on a vet visit (per the vet), while at the same time, not communicating with said vet. The same vet who did not know we ran out of medication or about our order placed in the online pharmacy because the receptionist failed to communicate our needs to the vet. Their poor work resulted in a total waste of time and money, avoidable misunderstandings, and a completely frustrated customer. All while my animal is in pain. For a public facing role, I would expect a lot more diligence, work ethic, care, and decorum towards the customer's sick and pained pet than whatever grave they buried it in next to a less fortunate customer's pet.

Western Vet clinic has been the only clinic that my 3 cats are taken to. I have never had a complaint about any of the front desk staff, back office staff, the vet techs and the doctors! Everyone is helpful, friendly and truly cares about all of the animals! I highly recommend Western Vet Cinic!!

Very few vet offices in the area offer care for rabbits so when our elderly rabbit required euthanasia we gave them a call. All of the people there - office staff, vet techs and the vet were very kind and considerate. The office staff went out of their way to get us a prompt appointment even though we weren't current clients. It was really appreciated!

We took our dog for an emergency appointment, vet didn’t know much about the issue or couldn’t answer our questions. After $780 for X-rays and blood work still no answer.. they did the X-rays but didn’t get the affected part.. had to take our dog back to get the X-rays done in the affected area but they wanted us to pay again for X-rays… don’t go here. We ended up going somewhere else and the vet was able to see what the issue was in less than 10 minutes. Again do not go to this place
