I am sorry but this is not for the doctor who owns this vet. He is very kind, patient and helpful. Unfortunately, I was not informed that he would not be available for this visit to check on my cat. I was clear that I am looking into extractions. This visit was nearly pointless because, it felt like an initial visit and the traveling doctor looked at her till my cat resisted. The whole point was for my cat to see someone she knew and instead I brought her a nice stranger she didn't know. In conclusion I was recommended to take her to another place they recommended because they can't do xrays. I still have to go through an intake with the new place and spend the same amount plus a little more. If you know you don't have the resources or doctor for my specific request then why stress my cat, waste my money and time. I spoke to the receptionist over the phone to express how this was very frustrating. This was poorly managed and it has nothing to do with the actual Vet Doctor of this location and hope him the very best. I was looking forward to seeing him. Nurses please, be mindful of grabbing the lower neck of cats, not all cats appreciate that approach. They need some time. My visit was literally 15 mins. My previous visit with the original doctor gave some time between the nurse checking for vitals, and him coming in while spending a min 30mins. Giving a cat some time before the doctor arrives is effective. I paid $90 for a 15 min visit just to be informed they can't perform the next steps of procedure. So now I went and spent another $110 somewhere else for the same stress, time and money for my cat. Thank you. I understand it's a business that needs to run but manage with some humanity.

This is not worth your wild, when you ask a specific question the staff disregards the clincents request. It's still in civil mode which presents its self with difficulties to say the least. On tech visits the doctor was absent from the clinic this is dangerous for a suffering pet that had a reaction to the injection? I highly recommend another vet

Dr. Porter is the vet I trust the most. He always takes care of my babies and goes out of his way to help you understand your options, good and bad. He has tons of experience and knowledge, and genuinely cares about all of his patients (animal and human alike).

Dr. Porter has seen our furry family members for at least 20 years. Always warm and down to earth, patient and explains everything. EVERYTHING anyone could want from a Vet. Staff has been kind and efficient as well. Highly recommend, no reservations!

Staff was very kind and helpfull. They treated my dog well while answering all my questions & making things easy to understand. It was my first time taking my pet somewhere solo & they made me feel very comfortable and gave us the care we needed without wasting time or dismissing my concerns. Bella and I will be returning :)
