Ive brought my dog here multiple times and the staff are so kind, gentle, and thorough. The prices are reasonable as well. I would recommend this vet to anyone!

Everyone was great, thorough, polite, and professional. Prices were good, we had to make a 'same day' appt. which was $89. My shih tzu has an eye infection, and with the appt., eye drops, and neck collar it came out to $135. Less then we thought. And my honey baby is a very protective, and vocal brat, and was whining/ barking at them and actually almost bit one of the guys trying to hold her.. I appreciated how nice everyone was to her. We will definitely be going back.

Very helpful, kind and affordable. We have taken our shih tzu here a few times now and they are so patient and willing to work with you in treatment plans. My husband has Pet Assure through his work and they accept that too. We are new to the valley and they are our favorite ❤️

In terms of animal care, there is no better place than West Phoenix Veterinary Hospital. My experience there was outstanding! From the moment we stepped into the facility to the moment we left, the staff and Dr. were outstanding! I am extremely impressed with their professionalism, their courteousness, and their attention to detail for our beloved pet. The wait time was less than five minutes, and they handled Daisy in a professional manner and were both personable and knowledgeable. Thank you very much for the excellent service you provided. My dog was severely losing weight and limping. My husband and I took him to this clinic to get him checked out... after a couple of hours they gave us a bill of 900 dollars saying that he needed xrays as well as medication for an ear infection and a blood test to check for valley fever which we would get the results later in the week. I made a payment of 400+ dollars, and we had arranged to pay the other amount once we knew what was going on with him through the blood tests. After a week, they called us to tell us he was positive for valley fever and to call back if we wanted to proceed with the treatment. However, they wanted to charge more money for it. I went to other vets to get advice, and in order to get him seen and prescribe him medicine (for way cheaper), they needed to see the test results from the blood results. I called this office and I was told by not only the front desk personnel but also the front desk Manager that "my dog's medical records can't be sent out to me until the rest of the balance was paid" and simply left me with no other option to treat my dog. I went ahead and consulted this with other vets, and they told me that in the state of Arizona, no veterinary office is LEGALLY allowed to withhold test results or medical records from anyone regardless of account balances. I sent out an email to them again explaining this and requesting these records again, and they were sent out to me by the next day without an apology or anything. Considering the fact that this is a critical diagnosis, their actions are incredibly unethical, and they should absolutely be investigated by the Arizona State Veterinary Board since clearly they're unaware of their customers rights.
