The staff is wonderful, kind, friendly, and loves interacting and petting the pets they treat. And Dr Holmes was great and gave very clear instructions. Feb 19, 2025 · Sarah KWe took our sweet dog, Iggy, in for an exam after her breathing became labored. Dr. Holmes was so kind and caring when he explained the issue. My husband and I decided to euthanize her and the team surrounded us with care and compassion. I was able to hold her while she passed and will be forever grateful for the way the staff handled such a difficult time for all of us. They took excellent care of Iggy during her life, and made sure that her last moments were peaceful. Forever grateful, Dr. Cindy Rost and family
Jan 09, 2025 · Cindy RostI took my loving pit bull in to get yearly physical and shots. I asked about anal glands and nail trimming. The technician Jenny was not a living and compassionate woman. She grabbed him very tightly on his chock chain. My dog loves everyone, just ask the mailman and UPS drivers. She brought him back into the office where we were sitting. He wasn’t happy with being touched on his rear. If she would have been more loving his attitude would have been fine. She basically dragged him back into the office and had him up against the wall with her body and knee. I said give me my dog, she said no with the meanest face ever. The doctor did not intervene. I said just give him his shots and we will leave. Never again will that woman or doctor touch my dog ever again.
May 09, 2025 · Elaine WalterThey are wonderful, Preacher(our Newfie) gets so excited when we go there. He is treated like royalty. They are always accommodating and always willing to listen and help us out. Love shaving them as our vet! This all still holds true 3 years later! We go no where else!! Love them..
Mar 04, 2025 · Kerri DeFelicesMy cat was slowly passing. I called to see if I could get in that day to have her put down and they said I could come in anytime, they would fit me in. Within 10mins I was there filling out paperwork and they were checking her over. Super caring and compassionate. So beyond thankful for them. Won't go anywhere else for any of our other pets.
