I drive 40 minutes to this vet, that’s how much I love them! The vets and staff are knowledgeable/kind and don’t try to “upsell” treatments. The visits are affordable and they have squeezed my pup in same day, which has never been possible at previous vets (I’m talking booked 3 weeks out!). I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my baby!

Dr Hiller and his staff are always amazing with our Emma (and us!). From the moment we walk in the door, we are cheerfully greeted! Our vet tech was very kind and gave Emma snuggles and made her feel welcome. Emma is a puppy mill mama, and teaching her how to “dog” has been an awesome experience. We are so grateful for Dr Hiller and West Frederick Veterinary Hospital!!

West Frederick Vet Clinic is the only vet’s office I trust with my pups. Everyone is so kind, patient and welcoming to my fur babies (and they can be a handful). We have been with them for several years now and there’s no one I trust more with my pets health than them. Sis & Hank love you guys ❤️ thank you for all you do!

We have had a few emergencies with our kitties, and your practice has been very supportive. My fiance's family and I bring 6 pets to West Frederick Vet for routine care. We appreciate how caring the Doctors and technicians are. I also really appreciate how kind and accommodating the person at the front desk is. There have been times I needed to cancel an appointment due to my cat escaping, and you have been very understanding. One gesture that showed me that you care was when I could not bring my cat's stool sample promptly, and the Dr. just gave me a new container so I could collect it whenever possible since I had already paid for it. I love my pets as they are part of our family, and I feel so thankful that I live a 3-minute drive from your practice. It means a lot knowing your team is there when we need help.

Staff is very friendly patient and personable. Office is clean. I appreciate that you are upfront with prices and give low and high cost options versus hidden fees like other vets I have been to. Everything was explained in great detail to ensure all information is understood. You can tell they honestly care for my fur baby and wanted to be sure the best outcome for her and I in the long run. I would definitely recommend.
