The kind staff at West Flint Animal Hospital was nothing short of amazing. The dreaded day of having to put my soul dog down came suddenly and unexpectedly, on Christmas Eve morning, no less. The staff accommodated our grief and needs in such a kind and compassionate way while having to say goodbye to my sweet boy. I will forever be grateful for the kindness they showed in the most difficult day. They made sure my boy was comfortable and let us take us much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. It was the patience and compassion we needed during such a difficult time, and I won't ever forget it. Thank you West Flint staff for being so sweet and caring. My dog recently experienced an injury after jumping off the bed, resulting in limping and whining. Without a prior appointment or even a phone call, I decided to visit this veterinary clinic. The receptionist promptly inquired if the vet could accommodate us, and to my relief, the vet agreed. Despite our unannounced arrival, the wait time was minimal, no more than 15 minutes. The veterinarian was attentive, swiftly diagnosing my dog and prescribing the necessary medication without attempting to sell a bunch of unnecessary diagnostics. The cost of the visit was remarkably reasonable. I am thoroughly satisfied with the level of care provided by this practice. From the reception staff to the veterinarian, everyone displayed professionalism and compassion. I will certainly return to this clinic for any future emergencies. Great veterinary office! Everyone is so nice and the Dr is great! He's kind and very knowledgeable... been my vet for about 8 yrs . I recommend them to all.

Being a first time pet owner, I wasn't really sure what to do when my dog started acting "not-like" himself. I called them up and explained what I was seeing. The person who answered the phone listened & heard my concerns. She reassured me and talked me through how to set up an appointment. She was kind and helpful. This was the 4th place I had called to see if I could get any information or a plan to come in. We were seen within 15 minutes of our appointment time. I had lots of questions due to being a first time pet owner. They took the time to answer my question and make suggestions for ways to help my dog. I highly recommend them.
