West Creek was a recommendation from a coworker of mine, and I now have them as my main vet. They are a little far out for me, about a 30-minute drive, but its so worth it. I can't express how much I love this vet. Dr. Grimes and Dr. Minch are some of the most caring and compassionate doctors I've ever had for my pets. The rest of the staff is very kind, Jodie always answers my questions over the phone and is very informative. I recently met Maria and Alexis, who are veterinarian assistants, and they were both fantastic. Thank you so much for everything you do, West Creek!

Lil Bud had to have a tooth removed. Dr Minch was wonderful. She kept me informed about the service and saved the tooth for me so the Tooth Fairy could visit. She was recommended by Dr Jenny Larsen that has been seeing my companions for over 20 years for the dental services.

Amazing doctors and staff who TRULY CARE about the well being of our dogs. After our lab suffered a spinal injury, Dr Minch walked us through a diagnosis and continues to follow-up to this day! 5-star all the way!

Dr. Mench and Dr. Grimes are super compassionate and take their time to explain everything in detail until you’re comfortable!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I just had my floof neutered and Dr Grimes went above and beyond!!

The people are nice here but my last experience here was not a good one. We found tapeworms in my dog’s stool on Monday morning and I called the vet right away and they said they can probably just prescribe a dewormer once they determine the type of worm. I gave them a description of the worm but they still wanted to run a test to make sure it was tapeworm which I taught made sense. On Tuesday I brought in a stool sample and worm for them to perform the test. They called me and said that they were pretty sure it was tapeworm also but they wanted to run the test in case. The test was $60 and they would give me the results on Wednesday morning. On Wednesday morning I got a text message that the test came back negative and there were no parasites. I was a little confused since I saw multiple worms and the vet also saw the worm on Tuesday. I thought they might call me to talk about the results but I did not hear from them. I called them a couple hours later to ask about the results and see if I could get a prescription since I was worried about my dog. At first they told me I didn’t need any medication because the test came back negative. I was super confused and told them I saw many worms and the vet had said they saw them too. After I gave them this information they went back to the vet and said that sometimes the test can come back negative even if there are tapeworms, they said something about the eggs not being present (I can’t remember the exact reason). They told me that they can still give me the dewormer but I needed to wait for the vet to call me back later. At 4pm on Wednesday I still had not heard anything so I called to see if I could get an update. I had to explain my whole situation again and they said I still had to wait for the vet to call and they would call later that day. I never got a call back on Wednesday. On Thursday morning I got a message that my prescription was ready for pick up. I was confused that I never got a call but was happy they were getting medicine for my dog. I went in and they charged me $52 for one tablet of drontol plus 136 mg. I thought that was pretty expensive since I saw it was only $16 online at Chewy. I asked them about this and they didn’t really give me a straight answer. They said that the Chewy medicine would require a prescription still which made sense but I asked if the cost difference is what they charge to fill the prescription but they told me it is probably something with the shipping cost. I was confused and tired at that point so I just took the medication they gave me. I have been to this clinic multiple times and they usually sell me on a bunch of different tests but this time I really felt like they made me take an unneeded test and didn’t provide a good explanation for the cost of the medicine. The women at the front were super nice but I never got explanations or comfort from the veterinarians. Maybe they were just super busy and they did not have the time this week but I felt like it was a huge hassle on my part just to get a dewormer for tapeworm. I will not be returning to this clinic.
