Friendly nice for the most part. I called them any they answered “ is this an emergency or can I please put you our brief hold”. 18 1/2 minutes later I hung up when I called back I asked her tonight please be on hold, she said I’m sorry we have people ahead of you, it’ll just be a brief hold I promise. I told her I’ve been on hold for 18 1/2 minutes she said well I have several things going on right now, may I place you on a brief hold. 18 and a half minutes is not a brief hold.
