Well Pet Clinic

This was the worst experience at a vet that I have ever had. First, they rarely answer the phone. I finally was able to make an appointment to get my two pups spayed. They said drop off is 8 am and pickup is between 3 pm and 5 pm. So I took 3 hours of leave to adjust my time for work. I dropped them off at 8. All was good. Came back at 3 to pick them up. The owner comes out and says that they never had their surgeries because the doctor called out sick. I understand that things happen and that is fine, but not one person took the time to call me and let me know this at all. If I had known, I would have picked them up instead of letting them sit in a kennel without food and water all day. The owner said that they called out just before I got there which makes no sense since 3 was the beginning of pickup time. Why did I have to bring them there at 8 if the doctor doesn’t come into until 3? Also why did the doctor wait until almost 3 to call out? None of it makes sense and the owner had no compassion or empathy at all towards the situation. She never said sorry and actually never even asked for my two pups shot records at all, which I thought was odd. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise. Won’t be going back and it is obvious that they don’t care either way honestly. Now I have to find a new place to go and wait another 3 months for the appointment. I’d rather pay double the money at a good vet than ever go back there with my pups again. Very sad and disappointed in my experience.

Tried to get help with 2 kittens. Asked if they would take them in. They would not, so they are still out there. I was willing to give a large donation. They sent me the donation page , but would not help.

First visit in June for an ear infection and a second visit today 01Aug for an ear check. Both times I received compassionate care with same day attention so Razzle didn’t suffer. Thank you for outstanding customer service and veterinary care

Dropped my kitten to be spayed, front desk ladies were very welcoming and helpful even though there were a ton of people to attend to. Kitten made full recovery with no complications
