Feb 07, 2025 · Christina JohnsonDr. Hill is fantastic!! We have taken several cats to him and each time he treats them with such care. Being a vet is definitely his calling. He does not do this job for the money. It is clear that he truly cares for the animals. If you call for an appointment and they are booked, unless it's an emergency, please call them back! Dr. Hill is worth it!
Nov 23, 2024 · Johnathan MileyVery upset about how we were treated yesterday. It’s one thing to be rude to me but it’s another thing to be rude and almost mean to my 4 pound chiweenie. Took her in to get her nails clipped because they were way too long and she would squirm and jerk when I tried so I figured a vets office would be better because she can’t be the only dog in the world to do that and they have more experience right? Well I was told the day before it would be between $12 and $20. The girl at the front desk was not nice the minute I walked in. I tried to be polite and she wouldn’t even look at me and spoke with her head down like I was bothering her. They took her back and told me to wait in the waiting room. I could here her crying and screaming and it was awful. A man I’m assuming was the vet brought her out to me and said she had used the bathroom on herself so they cleaned her up and walked away. I noticed her paw was bleeding. I went to the desk and the same girl came out of the back and acted a little agitated I asked did she get you? I know she doesn’t bite or get aggressive in any way period so she could have scratched while trying to get away out of fear. The looked at me hateful. She said it was $50 because she needed antibiotics. I said all I had was $20 I could bring the rest Friday. She took it and said I could get the meds when I paid the other $30. I was so upset. All night my poor baby twitched and jumped and whined. She is completely traumatized. I don’t know what you guys did to my little dog but you should be ashamed of yourselves and shut down. Her paw is 10 times the normal size. The girl at the desk acts like she hates animals and needs to find a new profession. I would never leave a review like this but the people of Washington need to be warned.
