I am a first time dog owner and the staff here are so incredibly helpful whenever I have a concern. They are so caring. They take their time to ensure you’re well informed on everything. Very reasonable pricing as well. It’s a huge relief to know that my dog is in great hands

Took my dog here for her post acct appointment a few years ago. They completely ignored her hip even though the paperwork stated possible arthritis, said she's much older than she actually is, and that she almost bit a tech. The tech thankfully was fine, she was so rude after though. It's literally the job you signed up for, I had no idea she would do that, and the times I had done her nails before she had no problem. Since she was at your clinic that changed. Even when she was at ACCT she allowed all over handling and inoculations. I don't know what you did different because my wife's dog was handled beautifully. Difference between day shift and evening I would wager. Oh btw the hip you ignored turned out to be an old fracture that developed severe arthritis in it. Good job using your listening skills and being conceited enough to completely disregard "possible arthritis" being written on paperwork. Infuriating doesn't cover it. I bet anything you will respond blaming me somehow.

We have been bringing our pup, Rome, since he was weeks old and we have always had wonderful experiences! Dr. Snyder is always so kind and honest with her health recommendations for Rome. Also, all the technicians are always understanding and greet Rome with love and many pets!

Washington Ave Vet is the best! I took my newly adopted dog there and wasn’t sure what to expect of his behavior but they kept him calm, entertained, and took such great care of him. I feel so comfortable going back.

The staff at Washington Ave Animal Hospital are all very nice and knowledgable. The staff explained the services that they were providing at the time of care and never made me feel bad for asking questions. I knew exactly what was going on. The staff worked with my budget to make sure that my cats got the services that they needed during their visit and that all of their needs were addressed. I trust them and will be bringing my animals here from now on.
