Warwick Run Animal Clinic

Everyone is so friendly, and we never have a problem getting an appointment. We see Dr. Horn, and he's very knowledgeable and thorough with his explanations. I'm really glad we found this vet when we moved here!

We had an emergancy with a family pet, she had starting seizing, but then ran 1/4 mile down the road into thick brush so we were having trouble getting to her. I am very thankful that Warwick Run was able to see us as an emergancy situation (we are not a usual client, we are clients of Adamstown Vet which is another practice under the same ownership, however this dog was my parents that went to a different vet and were told there’s nothing they can do to help). By the time we got to Warwick Run it was unfortunately too late for our pup. With our pup on the table we got a lecture about how when a pet starts seizing its an emergency situation and that we need to be actively trying to get to a vet immediately not calling first. But again, due to her running off and being in thick brush that we couldn’t get to her, it felt like a harsh thing to blame/ say just as our family pet died. Again I am very appreciative that they made an appointment and didn’t charge us, but it seems like the delicate situation after our dog passed away could’ve been handled differently.

We have been taking our dog to Warwick Run Animal Clinic for years and have had the best experience! From annual check ups to emergency visits, we have been so pleased with the level of attention and care given to our dog. Warwick Run Animal Clinic May not have the “frills” that other vet offices might have, but I can confidently say that we’d never choose to go anywhere else with our dog and any pets we may have in the future. Dr. Baron saved our dog when he got really sick. Our dog was dying and after taking him to several pet hospitals without a diagnosis we took the recommendation of Dr. Baron to bring him to a vet hospital in Philadelphia to get tested for Addisons Disease, which is what our dog has. Without Dr. Baron’s wisdom and guidance we would have lost our beloved dog. Dr. Baron walked through the entire process with us, making personal phone calls to colleagues and doing extensive research to find the problem and fix it! We cannot express how grateful we are to all of the staff at Warwick Run Animal Clinic and are forever thankful for finding a place we trust to take our dog, knowing he will be given the best care and attention from knowledgeable staff! Client for 15 years dog is dieing and in extreme pain. They refused to see our dog that dieing doctor yelled at us and said go somewhere else why the doctor sat on the computer. Told us there other outpatients appt first no excuse! They should be all be ashamed how they treat an emerency client !! Please please if you care about dogs stay away there in no excuse
