My 10 year old lab needed dental surgery and I was very anxious about the process as she is an older dog. The procedure was smooth and the doctor called me when the plans changed during the procedure. Everything was explained clearly and he helped me make the best decision for my dog. When I went to pick her up the doctor reviewed everything with me, showed me x-rays, and answered all my questions. I really appreciate how caring the staff was and the outcome was excellent! Highly recommend this practice if you want caring staff and competent doctors 馃槉

Dr. Pence did a spectacular job with my dogs Entropion. Her level of experience was straight plastic surgery!! Beautifully done and healed with perfection in the time she said it would. I was told she was an expert at this. They did not lie! She over delivered! Thank you so much.

I鈥檝e been taking all my animals here (Winchester Rd location) since I moved to the area in 2021. I have never had a bad experience. Extremely knowledgable and compassionate care. Great front desk staff. Dr Wright is amazing!

We were traveling, our fur baby (dog) had an emergency. The entire staff were outstanding!! So super nice, friendly, professional! The doctor said it was probably from the very long traveling trip. It was probably stressing her out. (This was our dog's first trip). After a RX, our dog began feeling much better!! Would HIGHLY recommend this clinic!!
