I had an unexpected great experience at the Warner Center Pet Clinic!!! They follow careful Covid rules and are through about how the clinic operates and the time and cost. They came to my car, picked up my dog quickly and within 15 min she was back with her and my instructions of her care. The cost was reasonable and the new medication for (dog ear infections ) is easier than ever before. I would definitely encourage others to visit.

Welcome to Warner Center Pet Clinic: Johnson Terri DVM
Warner Center Pet Clinic, located at 20930 Victory Blvd, Woodland Hills, CA 91367, USA, is a dedicated "Pet Hospital" that serves the Woodland Hills community and surrounding areas. Accessible by phone at (818) 710-8528 or mobile at +1 818-710-8528, including a texting line at 818-865-7848, the clinic prides itself on providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and reproductive services for pets in a caring environment. Dr. Sonya Swinamer is listed, but the owner is Dr. Debra Jackson, DVM, who joined the team in 2005 and is known for her general medicine practice with a special interest in emergency surgeries.
The environment at Warner Center Pet Clinic is designed to be clean, energetic, and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to ensure high-quality care. The clinic emphasizes a "warm and welcoming environment" and a commitment to providing top-notch medical care. During recent times, they have implemented "careful Covid rules," demonstrating a commitment to safety and efficiency, as highlighted by a customer who noted they "came to my car, picked up my dog quickly and within 15 min she was back." This curbside service, when implemented, speaks to an organized and efficient operational environment. The clinic utilizes advanced equipment such as digital radiography, ultrasonography, endoscopy, laser surgery, and a therapy laser, indicating a modern and technologically equipped facility. The heated surgery table is a detail that underscores their attention to patient comfort and safety during procedures. While some reviews express concerns about pricing, the operational environment appears to be structured for effectiveness and speed, allowing for quick processing of appointments and efficient delivery of care. The overall aim is to create an environment where pets receive the best possible medical attention using advanced techniques and a caring approach.
Warner Center Pet Clinic offers a broad spectrum of services, firmly establishing itself as a comprehensive "Pet Hospital." Their medical services include annual exams for overall wellness, which often involve thorough physical exams, discussions about routine bloodwork, fecal tests, and vaccinations. Dental care is a key offering, with services ranging from yearly or bi-annual dental cleanings and procedures to extractions and X-rays. They also uniquely offer non-anesthetic dentals on approved patients twice a month for general cleaning. The clinic provides general and laser surgery, with doctors experienced in both general and reproductive surgeries. All surgeries are carefully monitored with specialized equipment (heart, blood pressure, SPO2 monitors) and include pain management tailored to each patient. The use of a C02 laser for many surgical procedures helps reduce bleeding and minimize post-operative pain. Health certificates for domestic and international travel are also provided, assisting pet owners with travel requirements. They offer a range of vaccinations, including the rattlesnake vaccine, Canine Influenza (H3N8), Lyme vaccine, and Corona vaccine, with vaccine titers available for immune-compromised pets or to prevent over-vaccination. Wellness exams for senior pets (5 years and older) include a full blood panel and urinalysis for early diagnosis of organ problems. Additionally, they provide laser treatments for arthritis, pain, swelling, surgical wound healing, and ear infections. The clinic has a veterinarian and personnel on duty six days a week, trained and equipped to handle urgent care for dogs and cats, emphasizing that an emergency team usually consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together.
Several key features define Warner Center Pet Clinic and contribute to its operational profile. The clinic prides itself on its "super friendly staff" and a "wonderful team" that prioritizes "warm and safe" feelings for pets, even during difficult times like euthanasia, as noted by a grateful client. Dr. Debra Jackson, the owner, is highlighted for her expertise in general medicine and her special interest in surgery, particularly emergency surgeries, earning her a reputation as a "plastic surgeon for animals" due to her skill in laceration and wound repair. The clinic's commitment to using "state of the art equipment and specialized training" is a prominent feature, including digital radiography, ultrasonography, endoscopy, laser surgery, and therapy laser. They are open six days a week, Monday through Saturday, providing good accessibility for clients. The provision of urgent care during business hours, with a dedicated team, is a crucial service for unexpected pet health issues. Another feature is their commitment to transparency regarding clinic operations, time, and cost, as mentioned by a client who had a "great experience" and found the cost "reasonable." However, other customer reviews present a counterpoint, highlighting significant concerns regarding pricing and billing. Some clients explicitly state that "profit comes before compassion," that the place is "way too expensive," and that they have been "surprise charged" for services, including shots administered without consent. One review specifically notes that medical supplies are "over-price 2.5 times the cost." These conflicting perspectives on cost transparency and value are an important feature to consider when evaluating the clinic.
In terms of promotional information, Warner Center Pet Clinic emphasizes its state-of-the-art equipment and comprehensive range of medical, surgical, and reproductive services as key differentiators. They promote their experienced veterinarians and their commitment to providing "only the highest quality" care in a "caring environment." The positive testimonials, such as the unexpected "great experience" with reasonable cost and efficient service, and the grateful acknowledgment of taking in a pet last minute for end-of-life care, serve as powerful organic promotions. The clinic's website provides detailed information about its services and features, allowing potential clients to understand their offerings. They also leverage social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook to engage with the community and share information. Their online forms facilitate convenient appointment scheduling for new clients. While explicit promotional offers are not extensively detailed, the clinic's stated commitment to clear communication about costs, as perceived by some clients, can be seen as a form of transparency that attracts certain pet owners. However, the negative reviews concerning pricing and alleged "surprise charges" are also publicly available and form a significant part of the clinic's public perception. These reviews may lead potential clients to exercise greater caution and seek more upfront clarity on costs. The clinic's regular publication of informative newsletters on topics such as pet emergencies, bathing, grooming, laser therapy benefits, deworming, and nutrition also serves as a promotional tool, showcasing their expertise and commitment to pet owner education. Ultimately, Warner Center Pet Clinic promotes itself through its extensive services, advanced technology, and a team that strives for compassionate care, while navigating the challenges posed by client feedback regarding financial transparency.

May 18, 2022 · Ishmael GamezIt is 2023, covid lockdowns are over. I have had good care but as my dog is at the end of life, you don’t even have time to have your vet talk to me. Your covid policy removes vet to owner and is harmful. You didn’t even address possibly of infection or parasites and people can’t come inside due to your covid policies. Sad way to end my time with you.
