They always put you on hold and the doctors are not very experienced. They were unable to diagnosis a fatal illness that another vet was able to diagnose IMMEDIATELY, just looking at her medical records with no additional testing. If your pet is seriously ill do not plan on them being able to diagnose it before it becomes fatal. I wish I had taken my poor girl elsewhere. Then, maybe she'd have a fighting chance.

Mar 22, 2025 · SDr. Caleb Grossman did an excellent job treating our two kittens. They are pretty wild and he was able to spay them and examine them. The office staff is excellent too. We were very happy with the service there and the fees are reasonable.
Dec 18, 2024 · Sarah TorchiaBeware of Dr. Gross-man. I brought my ~14 yr doggo back in for the yearly flea exam. In walks Doc and immediately begins putting his hand over my dog’s face and flinching back repeatedly. Not once warning me or the animal his intentions. The wild part is he became rapidly perturbed. He ignored my question and proceeded. Not even 30 seconds after that (and me telling the tech my dog has had major ortho hip surgery) he, no joke, goes and takes my dogs bad leg and lifts it up away from his body!! And my dog shrieked in pain. I was like what are you doing?! And he became even more enraged and said get your animal and take him to the front with a raised voice. I wanted to get my dog out of there immediately, which is surreal cause I’ve been there 30+ times. The whole interaction lasted about 2 min (the whole time me wondering the point of what he was doing) I felt I was dealing with someone on stimulants or uppers. To make the experience even more surrreal, Doc never comes back out the back and prescribed my dog extra medication! I asked why and he refused to come out to explain and sent the the tech back to say needs my dog needs to calm down! The tech prior to Gross-man coming in interacted with my dog just fine… WOW! My dog passed away two months later of w/ hip failure… I will never let this man near one of my animals ever again. TO THIS DAY idk why he lifted my dog’s surgically repaired hip leg for a yearly flea med exam. He is clearly an older dog and favors his hip… so lift it up then?? Or was he check gender?! Perhaps if he explained himself id feel more comfortable about it. I guess we’ll never know why. I guess it really takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch. 5 star to 1 star over one quack. And keep in mind this was for flea medication check up!!! Unfortunate, cause I really liked them for years and wish the best on the new bldg. The other doctors and staff are absolutely fantastic.
Jan 04, 2025 · Anthony CruiseThis was a trusted facility for many years. WHAT HAPPENED?!!! This place caused the death of my beloved cat in January 2025. HE DIDN’T HAVE TO DIE! I met with a new doctor I had never dealt with before (Dr. Beshai) for vomiting and constipation, and was told to pick him up at 5:30 pm, as they needed to do an enema, take x-rays and blood work, to which I agreed. When I arrived at 5:30pm, he had not even received his enema yet, so it was done quickly at the last minute and he was sent home with me as is and with anti-nausea medication. Once home, he was not any better and completely stopped eating, so took him back for an ultrasound, at which time, Dr. Beshai told me my cat needed immediate surgery for a possible blockage, to which I agreed. After surgery, Dr. Beshai told me there was no blockage, just inflammation but that biopsies were taken of his liver, colon and stomach, as it could be cancer, etc. My cat was left overnight for recovery and was to stay in that hospital for approx 3 days, to which I agreed. The next morning, Dr. Beshai called me, telling me my cat was in respiratory distress and was blue from lack of oxygen from all the fluid build up in his lungs, chest cavity and heart. As a result, developed Congestive Heart Failure. I asked the staff, if someone was there at the hospital overnight after my cat’s first day of surgery, and the reception area very coldly told me “No, we all leave at 6pm so no one was here and we don’t get back in until 9am the next day”. I was absolutely HORRIFIED to learn my baby was left alone all night with no one to watch over him AFTER SURGERY! Dr. Beshai proceeded to tell me his congestive heart failure was probably caused by an underlying heart condition. WHAT?!!!! My cat was there 2 months earlier in November 2024, again for constipation and a full x-rays showed nothing was wrong with his heart! Dr. Beshai told me he noticed a heart murmur (before surgery) but was not concerned about it, so I trusted him. I also reminded him that my cat had Feline Coronavirus, to which he replied “Yeah, yeah that’s very common in cats”, again showing no worry so in turn again I trusted him. In the end, I had to make the painful decision of euthanasia to stop the suffering and he died in my arms. I am still grieving the tremendous loss of my precious kitty who was like a child to me. They are family and are loved so much and cherished. I am so broken hearted because he didn’t have to die and all the suffering he went through just ripped my heart apart. Dr. Beshai told me he held back on sending in the biopsy results. Since I already paid for them, I needed to know! Turns out, there was nothing major, just inflammation – no cancer, no serious illness, just inflammation. At that point I even questioned whether or not the surgery was even needed? I told Dr. Beshai that he and I both know that if there was someone there with him overnight, it would have been a much different outcome. He said, “We will do better”. It was too late for my precious kitty who was so loved. It’s all about money and cutting corners, with absolutely no regard for a life! PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHO YOU TRUST YOUR PRECIOUS BABIES WITH.
Jan 30, 2025 · Christina WaltersI took my dog there for a visit due to my dog refused to eat for a couple days. They took her inside to do blood work and X-ray, the doctor found nothing was wrong with her. Everyone was very nice there but I feel like the doctor wasn’t that experienced. She was very sweet and nice but everything she says was just guessing, do this and if not, do that.. Also probably the technician was a new grad in training, she bruised my dog badly. I would still bring my dog back but would ask for another doctor to see my dog next time when needed.
