Awesome experience! Super friendly, great customer service. They genuinely care about you and your Burnaby! The groomer did a beautiful job with our sheltie and met with me to have a conversation about what I was looking for in the cut etc. She delivered above and beyond my expectations! The vet was also exceptional and truly cares!

I brought two doodles today to give this place a try as our regular groomer at another business was out on medical leave; I’d read some positive reviews in a community Facebook group. I was intrigued because they are competitively priced. Upon arrival, two groomers were taking information and assessing the dog’s coats. Using a very fine toothed comb (like a cat comb), one stated that their coats were very matted and would need to be shaved very short. They are groomed and brushed regularly, and yes, occasionally get mats in typical places, but not the entirety of their coats. I’ve never been told by our regular groomer that they needed to be shaved very short. I decided then and there, this wasn’t the place for us and left. Got an appointment with another groomer at our normal place this afternoon for one dog, and at drop off was told he only had two very small mats under the tail that would be easy to cut out and that otherwise he was looking good! Just be aware if you have a doodle breed, either make 100% sure they have zero mats and are perfectly brushed before your appointment or consider another groomer unless you’re ok with a full shave. EDIT: Just a heads-up—an employee from this Walmart grooming salon will take your review and blast it in a public community forum to try and make you look like you don’t properly care for your doodle’s coat. Let’s be clear: my other dog was groomed the same afternoon at a different corporate salon with ZERO issues—no dematting needed, and the same longer teddy bear cut achieved as usual. My doodles have never needed dematting, and I have never condoned that kind of painful grooming, despite what she falsely claimed in her public rant. If this discount salon isn’t equipped to handle doodle grooms properly, that’s fine. But instead of owning that, an employee chose to publicly twist my experience for her own clout. My review was simply to inform other dog owners—guess it struck a nerve. I stand by what I said.

I went in for a check up and the prices and services are great. However one employee was rude and talking down to the other employees. Not sure if she was the boss or not, but she was talking over everyone in the clinic. Also seemed uncomfortable holding my dog for shots? Other than that, the vet and everyone else was nice. The groomer was helpful explaining possible haircuts for my dog! I want to visit this place again, but I hope the one short hair girl learns some respect and manners for her coworkers.

This place is fantastic! It is a super fast experience and Ren is such a sweet heart. She is super gentle and helpful! I love the vet here as well. He was so knowledgeable and speedy-in a good way!I have already booked all my animals for this location, The prices are the lowest I have ever seen. I recommend coming here for all your vet care!
