My yorkie came in with very long hair and I specifically asked for the google picture listed below and was told no problem; they even took pictures of what I wanted. Upon my arrival, being so excited, I get to my baby and all of her hair is cut off including her face which I told them not to touch. The person whom I spoke with apparently did not even write down what I wanted and I came back to a dog that I had to question was mine. My baby was upset with tears in her eyes and didn’t want to look at me let alone answer me when I call her. Not only that, burns are constantly left on all dogs.
