They're very knowledgeable and personable They really care about you and your pet They have been very beneficial to me in helping me to take care of my animals in the best way possible. They have even extended themselves and made alternative pricing plans when there was an emergency situation and couldn't afford it They were able to do a little trimming here and there and come up with a solution that was affordable yet would still meet the needs required from my pet to stay healthy myself I have a young Siberian Husky in the past I had a 11-year-old Siberian husky that they had to euthanize for me They showed much compassion and kindness and counseled and advised me as to making the right decision and the most humane one for my beloved Echo dogger.

We unfortunately had to put our dog of 17 years down. The staff did a great job of making this the best it could possibly be. Peaceful atmosphere and well-mannered doctor and staff were quite accommodating during this most uncomfortable situation. Ask for the sedative before the heart stopping dose. It will make it much easier on your pet and you will feel better knowing that they went peacefully. The staff was great and they took care of everything even though we were a mess. Once I discovered walled Lake veterinary hospital it is the only place we take our doggies. All the doctors are kind, compassionate, and patient. They are knowledgeable and always find answers to health problems. The receptionists, technicians, and assistants are equally kind and compassionate.

Experienced doctors and friendly staff took care of our dog for eleven years since he was a newborn pup. And when the time came to say goodbye to him last week, the staff couldn’t have been any more compassionate in creating a comfortable and caring environment for our family and our dog. They made a very difficult day as peaceful as possible. I highly recommend this office to care for your pet.
