I had to put my senior dog to sleep yesterday (3/9/25) and from the moment I called to inquire about pricing and being in the room until right now where I just received a “checking on you” email, the experience has been top tier. Lauren, Layla, and the Dr were all so patient and kind with me. The environment was so peaceful and they allowed me the opportunity to take my time. I’ve never had to put a dog down however, my 17.5yr old poodle could not have had a more peaceful and loving experience. I was able to sit with him the entire time and even stay a little after. Of course I was emotional however, the team gave me the space I needed to process all that was happening. I’m so grateful for the support. I highly recommend this emergency care team and center.

Mar 10, 2025 · Dai WashingtonThey first diagnosed my pet with Pneumonia, but came back 8 hours later and another vet said it looks like he has congestive heart failure instead.. My cat did get slightly better, but I realize he does now have a condition for life.. I do feel like they nickel and dime you for everything in that hospital.. I don’t think the care was THAT great. Some workers had empathy and some could care less, it’s a job.. When I went to pick him up, it took hours, just to pick up my animal from the hospital.. I also, I didn’t feel neither I or my pet were amazingly cared for.. I felt like it was alllllllllll about the money! 💰 They kept asking for money!
Mar 02, 2025 · Rin GThey took me right away. My kitty wasn't eating or drinking and I was worried. They gave her some IV fluids. When I got her home, she ate right away.I never needed to give her the Appetite stimulant prescription they also gave me. A few days later, my regular vet called to check on her because they had sent them her records. I was really pleased that everyone seemed to care so much and was so organized.
Feb 27, 2025 · Sarah McBurneyI took my 1 1/2 year old female Yorkie MeChelle, into Waldorf Emergency Care in the middle of the night. She was lethargic, wasn’t eating or drinking and bleeding from her butt. Marvin Baynes was the attending Vet that saw her. They had to take stool 3 samples as the machine wasn’t giving an “accurate” reading. So that test checked out, I guess, as my confidence in their care had dwindled down each time they said they had to take another sample. Now we need to do blood and X-ray he said. I went with blood testing. All he did was read what the results said literally line by line! He still couldn’t or should I say didn’t tell me what was wrong! My dog died later that even when I got home from work. I’m pretty sure her blood work said that she was critical and there wasn't much more that could be done for her, but no, the vet would much rather run your tab up before saying your pet doesn't have long to live! It’s sad and disgusting how they play on your heart strings for financial gain when you are in a vulnerable state at the time of your visit. If Marcin Baynes is the Veterinarian on duty, PACK UP YOUR PET and get out of there!! This was my first and LAST time going there!!
Nov 19, 2024 · ShataraIt's an emergency clinic guys. It feels like they only give bad news or treatment is expensive or overpriced. I don't think they mean that. Emergencies are expensive even for humans... sometimes we don't realize our pets have chronic diseases until they are showing symptoms and it's too late. That's not their fault. It's our fault as pet owners for not having regular screenings to catch things like that... and I say that coming from past experiences. If chronic diseases become an emergency that's not on them as painful as that sounds..... they have been very kind to my 3 pets.
