This place has really gone downhill. It is not very clean, they do not use gloves when handling the animals. The front desk staff has a bunch of attitude, and pets behind the counter consistently (maybe emotional support?). The vet likes to use scare tactics to try and get you to spend unnecessary money on overpriced procedures. The vet isn't very forthright with information or recommendations either - aside from shelling out hundreds to thousands for procedures. To top things off, they don't even accept animal insurance. What a money grab and scam! If you care about your animals, and your money, find another option.

Sep 21, 2024 · Melanie SokolEveryone is always nice and on time! Nothing like not having to wait. They are also very gentle and good with my baby.
Oct 18, 2024 · Pamela McIntoshAccording to their website to book an appointment, you have to give them a date and time that you would like to book an appointment and they will get back to you with the closest dates and time available. That was weird to me, but I still did it because my dog is in need of help. Over a week and a half passed and I never received an email from them. I called once with no response and called again today and was told that their website is wrong and it is something that they don’t practice anymore, but no one has updated their website. They are very unprofessional and how they handled the appointments and they are Very nonchalant when you call them about your concerns
Aug 06, 2024 · Warren “Ren” HynsonWe took our dog to the Waldorf Animal Clinic to have his right hind leg looked at as he kept limping on it ONLY when he gets up. They found the fatty mass there so they wanted to do the surgery right away AND than test that mass out.... Like really?? They also wanted to do an annual bloodwork because they considered him "senior" as he's a 7 yr old husky...and to help his joints they wanted to do $120 a month injection......yeah no! So I took him to the vet on Andrews AFB (as we're military family) they were WONDERFUL and they did a shot on our dog to get a sample of that fatty mass on his right hind leg and suggested to give him Cosequin for his joints and exercise. They don't see the need to do annual bloodwork unless if medically necessary. They won't do the joint injections if he got worse in his movement with his joints. They were like, "He's otherwise a healthy dog, no need for all that stuff." They saved us over $600+ never again will I do go Waldorf Animal Clinic! All they see is $$$ and not truly helping our pets.
