Nov 12, 2024 路 Robin SpeerThe staff are genuinely caring! They'll see your fur baby to the finish line. From immediate care to next day follow ups with phone calls to check in with you and your baby! The staff are down to earth real people and still very professional. There's no beating around the bush about your loved one!! Just know when you take your pet in for any service, they're in the best of hands and care! It's safe to say, they are definitely more concerned about the quality of life and have gone above and beyond to express this to my baby and myself! They're not about the financial end of caring for your baby. Kimberly called me and updated me as promised and let me know what my baby needed good or not as well as costs. If you can't afford it then you just can't. Even then they'll go above and beyond to work with you for the care of your baby. When using humans need surgery, doctors or hospital care, it can be just as expensive! The Veterinary care for our babies is expensive too, think about it. At least this Veterinary office will work with you for the care of your baby. Humans can't even get that sort of physical and financial care!! Everything that was happening to my baby was all due to my lack of knowledge! Kimberly explained everything and made me as comfortable as possible. Most importantly she didn't mistreat or judge me AT ALL! Some of the reviews stated Kimberly was not professional nor nice. All I can say is, your get what you give! If you have an attitude, then you have to ask yourself how nice you would be towards someone with your attitude. We all get it! We know the frustration from fear, worry and the the emotional state that a fur family member can bring on. But if you decide to direct it towards someone trying to help you through it all.... you get what you give. Kimberly, my baby is almost back to her normal self again. I want to thank you for helping her which also helped me. I can only imagine how many people you try to help see the care needed and provided and they just don't! Keep doing what you're doing. Believe it or not you're making a bigger and better difference with those of us who know our babies need your help! Never let anyone's attitude determine your direction! Your direction is clear and so is theirs!!

Mar 31, 2025 路 Vincent ZelinskyWe enjoyed our experience with being first time customers with Waccamaw regional veterinary center. They all were really friendly and professional. We got in right away time we walked in the door. They were very patient with our nervous pup. And made them feel right at home by the end of our visit. They were also very affordable especially with there $5 exam fee for first time patients.. will totally go back and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new vet!!
