Dec 25, 2024 · Suzie SantanielloMy dog is a Ridgeback, 3 years old. I went yesterday cause he was bleeding the tip of his ears. When got there and inside a room one of the staff came to talk to me about what he had. I explained and she tried to take some ears test with a big qtips. Of course, he probably had an ears infection and didn’t want anybody to touch his ears. She tried and he kept moving so another staff with more experience came. In 2 seconds she was able to do it. They closed the door and my dog started to bark since he doesn’t know who might come, and he is in pain and discomfort. I tried to leave the door open so he can see but another staff told me to keep it close for the noise. He got more anxious, so they gave me a muzzle . I put it and then they took him to do a cleaning and check his ears better. The lady who told me to keep the door closed came to explain they need to sedated him in order to keep him calm since he was aggressive and could bit anyone. I explained he is friendly and he is in pain obviously he is no happy. She said I need to train him. Short story, I paid $600 for an ear infection or a sedating process. When I went to take him they told me to neuter him or train him in order to come back. WHAT KIND OF VET tells you something like this? They don’t have empathy for animals, they don’t know about the breed, they prescribed him anxiety pills, instead of something for the infection. You know what! I told her that anxiety pill even for human are harmful, cause aggression! So no! I’m not going to give him that, or neuter him just because they do t know how to deal with a big dog in pain. I’m not coming back! I will find a good VET that care for animals and know what they are doing. This place is perfect for little dogs. My dog is very friendly, I can even walk him without the chain and he stays next to me, anyone rings my door and obviously he bark, I open the door and he smells and depend on my reaction, that of course if I open is because I know who is coming he let them in. Unacceptable telling me if my dog is train or not and they are the ones who need more train to understand that even a kid with and ear infection are in discomfort and stressed. Come on!
Aug 10, 2024 · Creative CookingThis Veterinary clinic is seriously the worst I've ever been to. I'm reading the rest of the one star reviews stating that their pets have also died under this Vets care. Doctors don't return calls, admin treats people horribly with no compassion. The Reception staff are borderline abusive, very condescending and lack human empathy. Shelly and Lorraine, karma has a way of giving back what you put out in the universe. I'll pray for you both. I've been there only a few times but have been treated so poorly, I have to share my story. I admitted my Mama cat with 6 healthy kittens to help the Mamas milk come in and all 6 of my kittens died. They separated the Mama from her kittens. The staff told me that it's on their MAR to feed them every 2 hours and they try their best but have a lot of other patients. The blue haired Vet Tech told me the overnight staff weren't comfortable tube feeding so God only knows when my babies were fed. I was devastated when I was told that ALL 6 of my babies died in their care. No condolences, just a bill for about $1400 and now threatening collections. They should pay me for killing my entire litter of kittens. They are so emotionless and clearly were not trained to tube feed. I was bottle feeding them and asked them NOT to tube feed as this is risky if done incorrectly causing aspiration pneunonia and death. They've lost my cats medical records more than once including all of the 6 kittens that died. Im a Nurse and quite familiar with my rights to my pets medical records. They accused me of not paying for my visit when I paid in full at check out and was given a receipt. Apparently I'm being sent to collections and labeled as a difficult person due to their incompetency and lack of customer service. I've asked to speak to a Manager or the Medical Director to discuss how I've been treated and the numerous errors but no one has returned my call. My animals have died in their care and the corresponding records have disappeared. This seems that they're hiding something. This is so very tragic and unprofessional and admin has turned a blind eye to all of this. I've expressed my dissatisfaction with their lack of customer service and for losing my records, that is 100% valid and warranted. Im not difficult. Ive yet to raise my voice, swear or act unprofessional. Im upset, astonished and dissappinted and rightfully so. Ive been talked to like a 5th grader by Reception staff and im supposed to be happy? How can you lose medical records? How can you lose receipts for hundreds of dollars? Check your bank account. If a Medical Director or Manager sees this, I'd love a reply and an appt to discuss in detail. Sincerely, the difficult lady who lost 6 kittens and has been treated like a criminal. Do better.

Jul 02, 2024 · Tennile HarshmanLook for my other review, but after bringing my rabbit there, she is so traumatized by them man handling her because they were afraid cause she had fleas, yet their the ones who made me bring her in cause they wouldn't just let me buy the flea treatment. She won't let me even pet her anymore. She just runs away and hides now. They have no shame, cause they treated her like that right in front of me and wouldn't let me help. Help do what?? I don't know cause she was just sitting there all confused
