Took my puppy in today for a wellness check and to update her shots! They were awesome! Incredibly helpful with any questions I had. My puppy felt very safe and loved by them! They definitely had her best interests in mind! They even did a complimentary nail trim! Couldn't have asked for better! I'll definitely be taking her back for any updates she needs!

Went to microchip my 8 month old Frenchie within a 1/2 hour the chip came out. they didn't put it between the shoulder blade put it down in her back, when I went back they were trying to make excuses that I left her harness on. I very seldom give 5 star reviews, but I recommend VIP PetCare to anyone who needs shots, nail trims, Rxs or other Wellness pet care. I've been using their pop-up clinics for years so I was very happy when they built an actual clinic space at this Pet Supplies Plus. They are AFFORDABLE (about half the cost of a full service vet) knowledgeable, and extremely kind with anxious animals. They even have PB on hand as a distraction😊 and gave my dog the rest of the container to go home = very happy dog!

The vet staff here are so friendly and helpful and they love my Mabel dog just like their own. The puppy wellness plan has so far come in handy for keeping up on shots and getting checkups.

Staff was nice and friendly. The doctor is very knowledgeable and patient. They offer Smartcare plans which are an awesome deal! I found my new favorite vet office in Grove City!
