VIP Petcare Vaccination Clinic

Wonderful experience with Adriana and Dr. Megan Carolan who were wonderful with both of our dogs. Having an appointment for our pups helped so very much as we didn’t have to wait long and they directed us to a quiet spot to wait our turn. We have one extremely anxious pup who is so nervous at appointments and they were slow and patient and very sweet. I thanked them all for being so kind because believe it or not some are so annoyed with him because he’s so nervous. Thank you for clearly loving dogs and what you do. We will see you again. ❤️🐾

We were able to get our dog seen on a walk-in. We only had to wait a short amount of time. They were so helpful and very thorough with the examination. We went home that day with medication and a much happier pup!

Excellent service! The staff was awesome very friendly, patient and accommodating. The doctor was amazing very thorough and knowledgeable you can tell she really cares, she took the time to explain the treatments my dog needed and offered great advice as well. One of the best places to go to and have an annual check up for your pet. They handled my nervous dog gently. Cost are a lot lower for required shots and no office visit charge. They also handle minor problems. Update 5/18/2024: Took my dog in for a recheck yesterday only to find out they now take appointments. They do take walk-ins but if appointments are scheduled you need to wait until they are open for walk-ins. It would have been nice if they sent out an email advising their policy change. They did see my dog but I had to wait for an opening.

I have taken my dogs to VIP pet care in Ohio and was happy to find a close location after moving to the Chicago suburbs. This particular location was the best experience I’ve had, the staff was kind and helpful, they answered all of my questions, explained the package my dogs needed and overall took great care of my dogs. Taking two dogs at the same time can be stressful but they were all extremely kind and helpful. I would recommend VIP pet care wellness center to anyone looking for affordable care for your pets! You get prices upfront, you can walk in without an appointment, great deals on vaccines and preventative treatments, easily accessible records for your pets and the best service.
