I absolutely love Dr. Heiken and Viking Veterinary! Not only do I feel welcomed and respected, but knowing that my little Freddie Bear is made to feel as welcomed and comfortable as possible is the key! Dr Heiken and her staff are thorough with information, and gives me the time to answer questions or concerns I may have. Very caring and patient staff!! The office/waiting and exam rooms are clean and personable which is also important. Thank you so much you guys are THE BEST and SO appreciated! 🐾😻

Dr. Heiken and her team are an experienced and caring group of people. They have gone above and beyond to give my dogs the best care possible. Whitney is easy to talk to about problems and listens to concerns. I highly recommend!

Recently took our dog to VVS for the first time and we received great treatment. Everyone was so caring and friendly and our 'girl' felt very safe and loved. Dr H was great with her and gave us some amazing information. She obviously had done her homework and asked & answered questions before we could ask them. Great experience.

When I say this place is amazing I mean it! My senior hamster was having seizure like symptoms that went on for hours. She was visibly in pain, so I searched frantically to find somewhere that could euthanize her. The lady that answered the phone was super nice. She said it wasn't something they normally do but they could. When we brought my hammy in the same lady was at the front desk, she was very sympathetic and kind. When, who I'm guessing is a tech, took the carrier with my hamster she was extremely gentle and spoke quietly to her. They were even able to get her little paw prints done for me. The most touching part was a couple days later when I received a letter in the mail from Dr. Heiken. She expressed her condolences and apologized for not being able to do it in person. The hospitality and care the whole staff showed was everything I needed that day. These people are amazing!

Dr. Heiken and her entire staff are wonderful. This was our first visit with our senior dog. She was very thorough with Lucy and explained everything during the exam. Would recommend to anyone that wants a good experience with their vet. We had to make a stop on the way home and an elderly gentleman came up to the car to see Lucy. In short we said she just saw the vet and we said we were very pleased and asked for her name. So take good care of John and his Border Collie Skylar.
