Customers have appreciated the friendliness and patience exhibited by everyone they interacted with. Even during busy periods, the staff managed to make pet owners feel heard and valued, taking the time to address concerns and provide reassurance. This level of customer service is particularly important in an urgent care setting, where pet owners may be feeling overwhelmed and emotional.

Mar 12, 2025 · Taylor GreenEveryone was patient and courteous. I appreciated the friendliness of the entire staff. In spite of being busy, they all acted like they kind of had time to talk to me as I was rambling (which I do when I’m worried about my puppy). They were efficient (important to me) and saw my dog quickly after the triage call. The location is convenient for me and they are partnered with my dog’s vet which is a plus . Everyone was professional and we would come back in a heart beat if the need arose again. They are very deserving of the high score reviews
Feb 24, 2025 · Chloe PericoOur dog’s ear was bothering him and our regular vet didn’t have any available appointments as it was late in the week, so we took him to VetUrgency over the weekend. We were in a room within 5 minutes after walking in the door. The staff were very friendly and explained everything well. As we suspected, he had an ear infection and was prescribed medication to treat it and told to see his regular vet in 2-3 days. The price was a bit high but to be expected for the convenience. We just received a “get well soon” card signed by the staff, which my wife and I thought was very thoughtful. Our boy is doing much better now. I would recommend VetUrgency to anyone.
Mar 14, 2025 · Eric McDonaldI wish Veturgency could be my primary for my babies. They were absolutely amazing! Very professional and ease our worries. They truly love animals!! Thank you so much!
Jan 05, 2025 · Michelle NunezWent here after noticing our 2 yr old cat (who has never been to the vet other than yearly exams and vaccines) had some wounds around her ears that seemed to really bother her. We called out of the blue with no appointment and being new patients. The receptionist was so nice and asked us questions regarding our sweet Willow so they’d know what to do when we got there. We were welcomed in and put into a room immediately. Everything after that went so smoothly and I actually said to my boyfriend, “I couldn’t have asked for a better emergency experience.” People are so worried and concerned for their pets and situations like this can be very stressful but it’s such a weight off pet parents shoulders when the staff and facility do their best to make a tough situation easy and smooth. We got the answers we needed and noticed after a couple of days the improvement our cat was making and you could even see our cat thanking us by her behavior and how comfortable she felt knowing she was getting better. I even told the doctor (we know our pets better than anyone) that we would prefer a liquid medication rather than pill and the doctor understood and made the appropriate adjustments with no issue. We want to thank Dr. Rachel and the techs that helped her/ us through the appointment. We also want to thank the receptionist who understood our dilemma and made it so easy and comfortable to decide to come to this pet ER. We chose them due to us living less than 5 mins away but I would honestly drive hours to come here after our wonderful experience.
