Very impressed with both Kylie the vet tech and Dr Fox. Kylie did a thorough job of all the preliminary checks and exam and explained everything about what she was going to test for and asked to proceed based on pricing. She was very good with Chelsie. Dr. Fox was awesome as well, very knowledgeable, thorough, explained options, great with Chelsie.

We had to take my cat in on a Sunday as an emergency visit, and I can't thank the amazing staff enough for their knowledge, care, and time. Every person there was so kind and professional, got us the help our cat needed, and sent us home that night with our boy and so much relief. I'm so glad such a great hospital is close by for my cats!

My baby was having poo issues, and despite them not being able to get a full exam because she wouldn't let them feel her belly, they were able to clear things up for her. I was seriously shocked and surprised to see the dog that we had raised from a pup act like that. The thing is, it wasn't anything the staff here did that caused it. She was very friendly with them all and even picked the stethoscope when held near her head. However, the second the stethoscope was near her heart or belly, the dog turned into a beast. I've just now got her back after a year of being without her because she was with my x. I don't know what vet did what, but one of them hurt her in some way to have caused this. She sees her new veterinarian in a couple of weeks, who will be her regular provider. I seriously hope we can figure something out. Although they really were good with her here be ready to empty your wallet as the bill for several packets of probiotics, 6 cans of a specific food, a negitive worm test, and a partial check was 300.00 but nothings too good for our babies right and after all they are not her regular veterinarian and it was a Sunday.

The Staff at this VetMed Hospital are Great. I had an appt. to have my dog Sadie checked out, and before this could happen Sadie took a turn for the worse, I notified the gal at the desk, who ran to get help. They rushed in lifted Sadie off the floor and started CPR and Oxygen. Sadie didn't make it, but she lived a great -long life of 14yrs. The Vet and staff all went Above the call of Duty for my Sadie. THANK YOU ALL for trying to help Sadie.

Was able to take my friend's dog as an emergency case They worked with my friend and his budget even though they did try to upsell several things that would have been unnecessary given the dog had parvo. However they were very friendly and showed much concern for my friends animal companion. 4/5

This place is amazing, and that’s an understatement. They make you feel so comfortable and at ease with things during hard times. My dog was diagnosed with liver failure and were very attentive the whole time. She is still alive and kicking thanks to all the medical treatment and love they contributed. I couldn’t be more thankful for a group of amazing human beings!!

I brought my dog maverick in for an emergency appointment a couple weeks ago. I ended up needing to put him down. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your kindness and compassion during one of the hardest moments of my life. Saying goodbye to maverick was incredibly painful, but your gentle approach and understanding made all the difference. Your empathy and care not only helped maverick pass peacefully but also brought comfort to me in that difficult moment. It meant so much to have someone who truly understood how much he meant to me. I will always be grateful for the way you treated both of us-with dignity, warmth, and kindness. What an amazing and caring office. Thank you for everything you do.

The Dr and technicians are great with my dog Charlotte. Explain everything in detail beforehand. Extremely professional and compassionate. Send reminder texts and followup texts. Dr calls personally with test results, whether they are good or not so good. I would recommend Vetmed 💯

The staff at VetMed were incredibly caring and kind to my pet during a recent visit. I appreciate their guidance and advice. Our pet is recovering well due to their care.
