Veterinary Wellness Center of Boerum Hill

I had vaccination for the cat. Everything was great! People are kind and welcoming, they treated cat really well and even after I messed up my time of visit they rescheduled it for me for the same day!

The staff at Boerum Hill is always so friendly and kind and patient. I’ve been bringing my dog (20lb poodle mix) here for years and have never waited more than 5-10 min to be seen for our appointment and never had a bad experience! I feel like the entire staff is super compassionate and they go out of their way to make us feel as comfortable as possible. I appreciate that it’s easy to make an appointment over the phone and they always follow up after treatments to make sure we are ok. Plus they always have time for my many questions regarding the best care for my pup. Can’t recommend them more highly!

My vet for my cat for years! Wonderful and transparent staff. I love how they have a kitty entrance & they truly listen to all my questions. Would recommend to anyone in the neighborhood.

I cannot recommend these folks enough! My dog, Emmy, is very scared of vet appointments. Each vet tech and doctor that has seen Emmy the past few months (Dr. Colon, Dr. Arpino, Dr. Sether) has treated her with so much kindness and patience. Between arthritis, a possible torn ACL, and a lymph node issue, they've guided me through many options on next steps. It's clear they prioritize both the owner and pet's comfortability during treatment. I can't imagine taking Emmy anywhere else.

Brilliant care. The whole team were courteous, caring and professional. Kept us informed whilst both diagnosing and treating our dog while waiting on blood work and x-rays. Really wonderful service whilst we ourselves were concern for our poorly pup. Would absolutely recommend.

If you love and value your pet's(baby's) life DO NOT! I Repeat DO NOT! Treat your pet at this clinic. I took my perfectly healthy 3 yr old dog for an X-ray and received a call that my baby was dead! his leg which he sprained an had been showing improvements. The Dr. Rhys Henry an inexperienced and incompetent Vet kept persisting that the X-rays had to be done under sedation even though my dog's signs of improvements even though I had discussed alternate options for treatment. I requested to speak to the clinic's Administrator and was given a name Dr. Arpino and an email. I was told that I would be contacted by him. After two hours and persisting to speak with him they put me on speakerphone and his response was cold and non compassionate to my ordeal. The vibe was like oh well shit happens. I was furious with his response and callousness. Now I have to live with the guilt and broken heart. PLEASE! Don't take your fur baby to this clinic for treatment.😢😢😢
