We are very pleased with our visit at the veterinary urgent care. From the time I called in to the time we checked out and they even sent us a follow up email the following day to check in to see how our cat is doing. Very thorough in explaining the diagnosis when the test results were ready. That's the other thing, we had X-rays, blood work and urine tests done and got the all the results in less than an hour. We were very very relieved with the test results and were provided treatments options immediately. They are also very transparent with the cost and everything. I highly recommend this to get urgent care.

From the time we walked through the door everyone from front desk to aid, to the most awesome vet…everyone gave excellent compassionate help. At a time of crisis with our “baby bear” this urgent care met us not just in her needs but also our own. Thank you Dr Emma, Jay, and Steven.

I brought my dog in for vomiting episodes on a Sunday and the whole process was seamless. From booking an appt online (I appreciated all the availability for such short notice) and was in the vet office 30 minutes later. The staff was kind, attentive, and thorough. I very much appreciated Dr Jagers time and explanation of the possible causes of my dogs symptoms. The staff was great about following up the next day and next steps in my dogs care.

The experience we had at Veterinary Urgent Care was better than I had expected. Dr. Del Pino and the staff were very compassionate, understanding and communicated everything to us. They were very responsive with my questions and took the time to help us understand what was going on. Their recommendations were very helpful, they made us feel comfortable about our decisions, and they contacted us the next morning to see how our dog was doing. They really do care about their patients. It was also great to learn that the Veterinary Urgent Care exists for those interim times when our vet is not available and prior to going to an ER.
