Amazing staff! I took my frenchie in here for an urgent visit and they explained all the testing/pricing to me during the visit. They made my pup feel super comfortable and they were very gentle with her. I hope I don’t have to return to urgent care with my pup but if I do, this is definitely where I’ll go!

Apr 19, 2025 · Kathryn EvasiusI needed urgent care for my diabetic cat I was able to book right online this morning before they opened. We arrived and they took us right in the staff was great and the Doctor was amazing she listened asked lots of questions and I did not feel rushed at all and I felt like she really listened to my concerns. Finances are a bit tight right now and she let me know the cost of everything and all our options up front. This was a 50 minute drive for me but I would not hesitate to go back if we need any help in the future. Thank you to Veterinary Urgent Care Center I appreciate all the care and information we received today.
Jan 21, 2025 · Sandra BriggsWe brought our cat, Pippa, in with a wound on her neck. It wasn’t very deep, but we did want it to be cleaned well and to get an opinion on if antibiotics would be necessary while she heals. The receptionist, tech, and Dr. Mordarski were all very kind and professional both with us and caring for her. We were in and out in under an hour, which was exceptionally lucky knowing that there are surely other times when they are much busier. We ended up with a very reasonable bill, comparable to any urgent or emergent veterinary hospital you could bring your pet(s) to. Unrelated to our visit specifically, but I took note that the practice is taking additional precautions with upper respiratory infections due to bird flu being on the rise! This immediately suggests they must do the same for dogs with K9 influenza/kennel cough symptoms. Pet owners can find comfort in this hospital’s standard of safety and cleanliness.
Mar 11, 2025 · Bailey GleasonI have a reactive German shepherd and going to the vet is a rough experience. Both my vet and vet tech were amazing. They worked with me to try and keep the cost to necessities. But more so, they managed to make my dog at ease and they helped him feel better with his raging out of control angry hot spot. The facilities were clean and everything went as smooth as it could be in a situation like mine…. The front desk was helpful too, from the time I called to check if they could help me all the way thru to check out. I highly recommend them !!! Thank you so much to the entire staff !!!
Jan 28, 2025 · D DAmatoThe team was friendly. Explained everything thoroughly. Provided multiple options of care that would not only help my baby get better as soon as possibly but would also fit my budget. I will definitely use their services again if needed. I highly recommend VUCC for your furry family members.
