10/10 experience. Everyone there, from the CSRs at the desk to the nurses to the vets were personable, helpful, and well educated. I took our cat in for an unknown leg injury and I was kept informed on his status, given the opportunity to contribute to the care plan, and provided with clear information and instructions. The facility was very clean and I appreciated having a personal room to wait in instead of being stuck in the lobby. I was there four hours, but I anticipated that and planned accordingly. I wish everyone knew that animal ERs work like human ERs - the most urgent needs get addressed first, so there may be a long wait ! It is what it is, and quality care is worth the time. This is now our closest ER so we will use them in the future if the need arises. Thanks for taking care of Leo, who you said "was an absolute angel today." 😻 (Pic is pre-injury, don't worry, he's resting indoors for now ! Lol)

We took our cat in because he didn't want to eat and they supposedly checked him and said he was fine and charged us 400 dollars and then our cat started having breathing problems and they told us he was very sick after they told us he was fine, They only gave them a solution to put him to sleep, they didn't help us at all since we didn't have the money, we had a month to recover from that loss, he was an important part of us and now he's not here. If you don't want to lose your friend, don't go here try to go to a place where they will help you

we took our dog there last weekend, we were there for 5 hours with the bare minimum done. they just gave him some fluids and we requested some blood testing. gave us anti nausea and a liver medicine that he didn’t need, no x-rays or ultrasounds done. all they did was mask the problem. then later that week he was getting worse, so we took him to our primary vet, they did blood testing, ultrasound, x-rays and set up appointment for us to see indyvet asap because we thought he was going to pass away, so we wanted to do everything we could to save him. they ended up finding a piece of his hard rubber toy in his intestines and were able to get it surgically removed and saved his life. i do not recommend speedway emergency vet. unless it is your last option.

Yesterday my boy "BOSS" was not okay and I needed help NOW. I was a mess looking for emergency services for my baby. I tried to call our local vet and did not get an answer. This is the only vet that answered the phone. My baby wasn't able to use his back legs (he was paralyzed).I did not expect to not see him again and I was given some very bad news from a very kind Dr. Explaining what would be the HUMANE option. NOT what I wanted to do, but the right thing to do. My husband came home with our baby so that I can bury him at home. The kindness I was sent home made me cry so much and I cannot exspess my gratitude with words right now. I received a card with a print of his nose and paw and a cast a his paw print with a poem.This is a very hard loss for us . I am super thankful that the staff here who sent me some love and kindess to get me through this loss. Please forgive me for the way I have written this, as I am under Distess. Today we bury our beloved Boss. His pack is also feeling his loss. Until we see you again sweet boy..rest in peace.

Our one year old cat developed labored breathing and needed to be seen. We called and they got us right in, did all of the administrative things over the phone and worked on our girl right away. They kept us updated and were wonderful at answering questions. They took our girls and gave them a snack when my husband and I had to have some difficult conversations. Our cat unfortunately passed on, but I truly believe the team did everything they could and presented the information in a clear unbiased way to help us make an informed decision. Lexie especially was phenomenally and so good to our family.
