The office staff and Dr were very caring and knowledgeable. They didn't try running up a huge bill and were more interested in our dog's well being than the mighty dollar which is a nice change. We will definitely be back and we would highly recommend this office. It's traumatic enough when your pet loses sight in an eye. You only want to deal with a Dr that knows what he's doing and wants the best for your pet.

This suggests the availability of diagnostic capabilities and the expertise to identify and manage various medical conditions.

A significant feature highlighted in the customer reviews is the emphasis on compassionate and knowledgeable care. One reviewer specifically praised the doctor and staff for their caring approach and their focus on the pet's well-being rather than solely on financial aspects. Another key feature mentioned is the informative nature of the veterinary professionals. Dr. Tofflemire and Chris are specifically acknowledged for being "very informative and seemed to care about Belle." Clear communication and a genuine concern for the animal's health are vital aspects of quality veterinary care, ensuring that pet owners are well-informed about their pet's condition and treatment options.

While the majority of the feedback is positive, one reviewer expressed a desire to have been shown the results of their dog's ERG (Electroretinography) test, a diagnostic procedure for eye conditions. This feedback, while resulting in a slightly lower rating, indicates the reviewer's overall positive impression of the clinic and their willingness to return for future needs. It also highlights the importance of transparent communication of diagnostic results between the veterinary team and pet owners.

Dr. Tofflemire and Chris were very informative and seemed to care about Belle. I did leave there very sad , my dog has SARDS. My reason for rating a 4 is because I was not shown the results of her ERG test. I would have asked had my thoughts been clearer. I really think it should have been up to the doctor to show me. I would go back to see them if need be.

Brought my cat in for an eye injury. The doctor and staff were caring and courteous. Doctor Tofflemire gave me confidence that the eye would heal without surgery. Highly recommended!

From the second we walked into this facility my husband and I felt welcomed. The staff was professional and understanding (we drove almost 2 hrs), caring for keeping Mercury calm and thorough when answering our many questions. The doctor was top notch also. He was very thorough with his examination of Mercury. He gave us his opinion and let us make the best decision for Mercury and us. Thank you so very much for the warmness you all extended to my husband and I. We will not forget it.

I brought Bella Marie in for evaluation for cataract surgery. I was informed that at this time surgery is not necessary. I know other doctors would probably recommended surgery because this is joe they make their money. However, not this doctor. He is very honest with his findings and recommendations. I highly recommend him
