I cannot stress enough that you should not work for VPP or one of their clinics. Their HR is completely unavailable and unprofessional. I left my job at one of the clinics due to a toxic work environment that was only made worse by the additional stress put on the clinic once they were taken over by VPP. They only care about their bottom line; not their employees or the clients of the clinics they buy. Multiple attempts of communication weekly since I left in 2023 have gone unanswered, and I am now facing extreme medical debt because of their mistake of continuing to list me as having their insurance, even after the start of 2024. The emails I am given come back as unreachable and I am constantly told there is no number to call. I have reached out directly to their heads of HR and others in their company to try and get this situation resolved with no replies. She was great to work with and it was a really fun day shooting interviews and getting b-roll. Elena's communication was timely, concise and pleasant.
