Coming to this vet has been such a blessing for my dog and I. I brought my dog Bella, she’s older and has different needs due to her age. I was nervous of bringing her in at first being worried that they may be dismissive of her issues because of advanced age. Thankfully that was not the case. Dr. Moore and her team are such professionals and maintain a standard of excellence from start to finish, even when it got busy and the lobby was full(there wasn’t a long wait at all, I was attended to right away) they provided careful and considerate one on one time to truly get an understanding of my concerns were. Dr. Moore was incredibly kind and considerate with her care. She was honest and only provided and advised for treatment she believed my dog needed without adding excessive or unnecessary treatment or charges. Not having been to a vet in a while I was initially worried about the price as well. Dr. Moore herself spoke to me and explained what type of approach would be best for my dog. She’s been a vet for over 30 years and has lots of experience. I could tell she also has an incredibly big heart and compassion for the pets she helps. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Dr. Moore, and some of the staff I have interacted with personally, Ashley, Sara, Jennifer assisted me in my last visits and have been very professional. Although I can tell everyone there offers the best kind of service and understanding you would want for your pet. Thank you.

Jun 27, 2024 · John GWe started going to Veterinary Out-Patient Clinic years ago for our puppy Ziggy after going to a couple other Vets we didn't like. We found the staff and Doctor very professional and informative. They helped us with a few things our little guy had problems with for 14 years. From Teeth cleaning to this final day with us. I would recommend this facility for your pets needs.
Jan 19, 2025 · Miike Aguilar Jri rarely write reviews, but this place deserves one. Coming from the Bay Area, i've experienced too many bad Vets who focus only on maximizing profits. I personally think it's very easy to tell when a Vet is trying to maximize for money instead of the wellbeing of the pet. Unfortunately, Bay Area is full of vets that only care about money. Not at this clinic. They went over the bill with me line by line, providing 100% transparency, and didn't charge me for certain services when they didn't think they are necessary. On top of that, their price is 1/3 of the vets in the Bay Area. The most affordable I've ever seen. Staff is nice and professional too. will be back for sure!
Dec 19, 2024 · Sharon CI am grateful for the expert care that Dr. Donna Moore and her staff provided to my 14 year old Maltese-Poo, which recently passed away. Dr. Moore is a compassionate veterinarian doctor. She did not suggest unnecessary medical procedures or supplies to enrich her own practice. Her staff was efficient, helpful and professional. They made me proud to be a member of the community they served. I would recommend Veterinary Out-Patient Clinic to family and friends!

With reasonable rates this outpatient clinic has reasonable rates and will only treat your pet for what is only necessary and never try to upsell with unnecessary services.
