I cannot thank Dr. Philip for saving my baby boy Grant. The Veterinary Neurology Center is filled with top-notch staff who handle their clients with the utmost care, empathy, and professionalism. They were booked until December 26, but were actually able to squeeze me in last-minute for an MRI and an IVDD surgery. I am so grateful to the staff member who inquired after available doctors. Grant owes his life to this establishment! Dr. Philip, who examined and operated on Grant, is a consummate professional. I recommend him highly and feel confident that Grant will recover well. Dr. Philip's bedside manner is impeccable. He is friendly, warm, and compassionate as other reviews have mentioned here. He explained that the goal would be to get Grant up and walking again, and went into detail about all the aspects of potential treatments. Dr. Philip kept me updated as much as possible. He called me as soon as MRI imaging was done to go over the results: Grant had a ruptured disc in his C5/C6 vertebrate, which are near the top of the spine and support the head and neck. Dr. Philip called me right after completing the surgery to let me know that Grant woke up from anesthesia and was now resting comfortably. He even graciously accommodated my request for photo updates and emailed me to assure me that Grant would be in good hands. I am excited to be reunited with Grant and get him back on the road of recovery. Thank you again, Dr. Philip!

My dog started having seizures last year July as devastated as I was I saw this Veterinary on Google and the awesome reviews I didn’t care how far it was.I scheduled an appointment immediately and Saw this doctor that I don’t want to name. I had so bad experience that I went back home even more terrified than I was before, but since this place had so good reviews, I wanted to see if there is another doctor they could refer me too in this facility and it was the best decision I’ve ever made Dr. Schissler Is the best he really cares about your fur baby? My Gigi (frenchie) had a freak accident last April and needed spinal surgery. We couldn't have been more blessed to have found this place 🙏 I didn't think my Gigi was going to make it but the Dr was amazing and the staff where so nice.. the Dr explained everything and gave us no doubt on her recovery! You know when people do their job for money and when they do it because the love what they do! And here at this facility they love what they do ♥️ thank you for giving my Gigi her life back ♥️

My dog Ivy was broadsided in a dog park and had a disc herniation in the Palm Springs area. I had come alone from Canada and didn’t know a sole. The vet in PS sent me to the clinic. The next day, Ivy had an MRI and then spinal surgery. It was a nightmare but the clinic was kind and she got excellent care. Ivy is a Canadian rescue dog and is resilient. She has made a full recovery. Thanks to the clinic.

I would say Achilles would rate his experience at the VNC as a 5/5. Achilles was warmly greeted by Dr. Robles. She made an effort to make him feel comfortable during her examination. She was attentive and actively wrote down notes as I was explaining his past medical history and my concerns. She took the time to explain her next steps and why she felt they were important in Achilles recovery. Dr. Robles was back in the following Wednesday, but she asked another doctor at the center to reach out to us the Monday after Achilles appointment to give us an update on his test results that way we weren't waiting most of the week. I appreciated this. I would recommend Dr. Robles to everyone. Following his procedure, Stephanie gave us a thorough explanation on how everything went and what was done. She gave us a clear and concise breakdown of what to expect that evening and the following day. She was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. I'm glad Achilles was under her care during this time. There are a lot of moving parts in any office setting, but the front desk is pinnacle in any doctor's office. They're the first and last person you encounter as well as the bridge for information between us and the doctor. Ashley normally answers the phone when I call in and I am never disappointed. She is personable and patient on the phone. She takes down any pertinent information and relays it where it needs to go to. The vet techs that brought out Achilles post procedure were sweet and pointed out a couple of things on his body that needed attention. Overall, all of the staff I encountered was excellent. VNC shines in patient care and attention to detail. Achilles had 0 complaints after he visited them. Thank you to everyone who helped him during his visit and he is sorry for peeing on your front rug lol
