I brought my rabbit in at 11pm for an emergency. They are a busy clinic but they took great care of her and were very thorough. I was visibly worried when I came in and all of the staff here from the people working at reception to of course the vets and techs taking care of her were very caring and reassuring. All of my questions were answered and they listened to everything I had to say. She ended up having to stay overnight. They kept me informed and updated while I was at home which I really appreciated (they even sent a picture of her through text message early in the morning). The communication from admission up until discharge was excellent.I felt that she was in great hands. I brought her home the next day and all was well again. Below is a picture of her feeling better after we got back home. Thank you so much to everyone here who work tirelessly to help our pets 馃┓

I had such a wonderful experience with VMCLI. Everyone who works there was so sweet and they took such good care of my pup. You could tell they genuinely cared about her. She finished her radiation treatment today and made it so special and sweet when I picked her up. My husband and I are so grateful to them. They gave my baby another chance at life. Thank you! 馃檹

I want to start off with the fact that all the times ive ever needed VMCLI they have all been good experiences and have always felt SUPER comfortable bringing my babies here when i needed. My 10 year old shihtzu baby needed a dental procedure done. Ive done ALOT of research on where to go bc she also have MVD (heart disease) which there was a mild risk for anesthesia. Along with all the staff being super sweet and caring, Dr. Carmichael (dentist specialist) has been such a pleasure to work with since day 1 of our consultation to post dental procedure. He really made me feel at ease and comfortable with the process. Im so thankful to him and staff for taking such good care of my baby. Thank you lorraine for being so kind when i was dropping off my bella and easing my worries. Bella had 7 teeth pulled. Dr. Carmichael called me before procedure started , after she was done, and even when we brought her home to check on my baby. I really appreciate that. Leading up to the procedure, he was super responsive via email on all my concerns and questions. THANK YOU THANK YOU. i am so relieved now. We are day 2 post procedure & healing 馃げ馃徎馃ス馃グ馃馃徏

Of course nobody wants to go to a 24 hour animal hospital. It's usually never for a good reason. But I have to say I had a great experience . Thanks to Doctor Dan Carmichael my dog Spuds is still with us today! Wasn't sure he was going to make it. Spuds was quite the mystery patient. With Dr. Carmichael years of experience he figured out the issue and was able to avoid major surgery. I highly recommend VMCLI.

Do NOT bring your pet to this hospital. This was one of the most upsetting experiences I鈥檝e ever had. They overcharged me, ran excessive and unnecessary exams, and created a hostile atmosphere at a time when I was already in panic over my dog鈥檚 condition. It was clear from the moment I arrived that money was their main priority鈥攏ot the well-being of my pet. The staff made me feel incredibly uncomfortable the entire time. They refused to let me see my dog for hours and wouldn鈥檛 release him until I paid the full bill upfront鈥攁s if they were withholding him hostage. My dog almost died while they stalled, more focused on getting their payment than actually helping him. The only professional who showed even a small amount of compassion was Dr. Keith Niesenbaum, who at least seemed to care a bit more about the actual health of my dog than the cost. With that I really appreciate his kind word and stabilizing my dog before I paid my bill. He鈥檚 sweet man and I thank him for his help. Unfortunately, the first doctor I saw was Dr. Lauren Gatanas, whose first words to me were about the vet bill鈥攏ot about how my dog was doing or what needed to happen next. Then, we were seen by Dr. Kritika Dhungana, who came across as just as money-focused and didn鈥檛 offer any real insight鈥攋ust vague hypothetical issues instead of addressing the actual crisis my dog was facing at the time. Avoid this place at all costs. Your pet deserves better than to be treated like a price tag.
