Last week I had to say goodbye to a beloved famly member. She was with us for 14 years and to say it was rough night is an understatement. I took her into Blue Pearl and the satff there was so kind and caring and compassionate during what was a VERY hard night. This was the second pet I had taken to this location and the first time was just as hard and I was treated just as well. Any vet who will cry with you over the loss of your pet is one I'd trust. A couple days later I received the most heartfelt card and little drawing of the somewhat obscure character my belvoed Marzipan was named for. Thank you Bue Pearl. The drawing was nothing less than wonderful and not silly at all. I would recommend Blue Pearl for any pet needs.

They cared more about money than saving my cat’s life, they held her life as ransom and wouldn’t treat her at all till i could pay a large amount of money up front, I’m talking thousands to even get her in triage, it was 12 am when my baby couldn’t breathe they wouldn’t touch her until I paid. All banks were closed, they cost her precious time that she needed to breath, then before they would perform cpr to save her life they wasted time calling me to ask if I wanted to pay to save my babies life. I’ll never forgive them. My baby died because the vet staff didn’t care. They were cold and awful to me and my husband when we lost our little girl. I’ve gone over it over and over I think she would have lived if I took her anywhere else. I was desperate no one else was open and my baby was having trouble breathing, still I wish I’m ever took her to this terrible cold place. It will haunt me forever. *Updating they made my baby suffer, don’t take any animal you love here*

I have lost two animals because of this so called veterinary hospital. Both were miss diagnosed. Heres the short story of my expierince. One was hit by a car they were more worried about leukemia (which they had no idea he had or didn't have it) Again he was hit by a car. Took 40 min to even get him into see a tech even. They NEVER addressed what they saw on xrays or the fact he was hit.by.a.car! Told me it was ok to take him home with nothing for his pain or anything. I chose the very next morning to take him to my vet. I had to put him to sleep because it was to late. He spent his last night in horrible pain because of these people. To top it off they charge so much to do nothing its near impossible to pay. My brief visit cost near 1000! They gave him fluids and an xrays they never checked. My vet was never sent the info when this place said they were sending it the day i wa there. Unbelievable! If I could rate this nightmare place lower and put them out of business i would. Go anywhere else but here for emergency.

Saw my dog, diagnosed him, but got busy and wouldn't give him meds unless we waited 4-5 hours. Looking for another place so he doesn't die of pneumonia, will update review they've killed my dog or just made him suffer greatly for longer.
