I love how fast we’re in and out. They make everything simple. The facility is clean and my pet well taken care off. We’re usually in and out in less than 20 minutes. Cody gets his allergy vaccine every 4 weeks . I love the reminders on vaccines. How respectful they are of people’s time.

Each time I go to visit with Dr. David and his team, my dog Sadie gets so excited. When we are in the waiting room, her tail swings so fast every time a staff member walks by. What better proof is there than how my dog Sadie reacts when she’s at the vets. Dr. David and his team are the best, thank you for caring so much for my dog.

Had an emergency and VHC took us in same day, my cat had a temp of 104. If I would have had to wait three days he may have died. Everyone was professional and sweet. I have already recommended them to friends.

I’ve been going to this vet for at least 10 years now and recently had a dental/tooth extraction sometime in Q3’24. Around Dec ‘24, I noticed she started having 2 new loose teeth. Did some research and learned that dental x-rays should be offered/stand care to provide a proper assessment. Especially in older dogs, as I would be concerned about perioral dental disease. I brought her in again for an exam and asked why x-rays weren’t offered. I was told that this practice does not offer dental x-rays since they’re equipment is not in service or is “broken”. Not sure what kind of excuse that is? There is a lack of transparency at this practice as dental radiographs are an important part of assessing your pets oral health. I should’ve have been given this information before I even put my pet under. They upsell you on the dental cleaning and are not transparent on what is the actual standard of care to properly care for your pets oral health. I have to put my 11 year old dog under GA again. I OBVIOUSLY am not having my pets procedure done at this practice. Super upsetting with the lack of transparency, accountability and sub standard care for us pet owners.

Dr. Beltran and Phoenix have been incredibly compassionate. Over the past year, my dog has been dealing with a chronic issue, leading to many vet visits. Each time, we’ve felt truly welcomed, and my girl has always received the best care. Thank you, Dr. Beltran and Phoenix, for always taking the time to answer my questions and listen. We appreciate you more than words can say.
