The staff at VEI are absolutely wonderful. They took such great care of our shy, but very sweet German Shepherd today and I knew that she was in the best hands. Dr. Ortiz kept us up to date, was very informative, and greeted us in the lobby shortly after our arrival.

So impressed with their gentle care and expertise. Staff are all welcoming and put you at ease with their encouragement. My dog takes a while to warm to strangers, but the vet won him over immediately. They explain everything clearly and there is no doubt they CARE about their furry patients. Highly recommend.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They listened to my opinions, which is very important to me. They all love our dog, Hank, and he loves them right back.

Never mind the fact that the place is very clean and the staff every one of them is very professional most importantly they love the animals! Their care and attention is impeccable. They don't charge for more than what needs to be done and everything they have done has improved my dog's sight! The best place and the best thing that ever happened to me for my bullies eyes for a condition that they are prone to. 14 days later his eyes are open and it's like he's a new dog in a new yard lol. Unlike going to the vet he actually pulls me from the parking lot to their door and greets everybody in there. That says a lot about how he is treated there. They sit with you and take the time with you to make sure you fully understand everything and to answer all of your questions, they do not rush you at all. Highly recommend this place to anybody whose dog or cat has any type of eye concern or condition.

I'm a former veteran vet tech. I've been around the block a few times. This clinic is THE BEST clinic I've ever been to. Dr. Mangan has been amazing to work with even while dealing with an originally scary diagnosis. He has put my mind to ease, made treatment no big deal and my dog is back in the show ring. He is kind, patient, friendly and he and the staff have been amazing with my dog. They have followed through on doing everything they said they would do from getting Rx together and called in to getting records. So many clinics rush you though the appointment and treat you like just a numbered patient. I have never once felt rushed and if anything, felt like they were totally willing to hang out and play with my dog longer! I also have not waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. Everything about this clinic is top notch and A+. I wish we had more clinicians like Dr. Mangan in general practice. He is elite. I drive an hour and a half to come to this clinic. There were other popular corporatized clinics closer to me but knew I would get assembly line care from them and be waiting hours. I have not once regretted the drive to Dr. Mangan.
