I cannot say enough great things about VEST. I brought our lab in on a Friday night with concerns of severe lymph node swelling. They were so efficient and confirmed my fear of a lymphoma diagnosis. They did beginning work up for cancer staging and took the time to answer all of our questions. They made sure pathology was sent with priority to ensure oncology would have it in timely manner to start treatment. Dr. Skinner, the vet tech and support staff were so caring and knowledgeable. We are lucky to have this emergency vet in the area.

We unfortunately had a medical emergency for our sweet Sophie girl several months ago and found ourselves at VEST. From the first moment bringing her in the staff was extremely attentive, understanding, and compassionate. They explained price break downs and treatment plans and kept us in the loop on everything going on with her and allowed us to come in during the middle of the night with our other dog so we could be close by incase Sophie continued to decline. The rooms were exceptionally cleaned as well as the cages and treatment area. I can’t put into words how grateful we were for the staff and everything they did for Sophie, as well as for my family during such an emotional and challenging time. Dr Pratt’s compassion and empathy displayed for our sweet Sophie girl during her last moments were more than we could’ve asked for. VEST even sent us a card in the mail sending their condolences and sharing how sweet our girl was when they were taking care of her. This was the most skilled and high tech emergency vet I’ve ever been to and cannot recommend them enough.

I had to take my senior dog to VEST due to pancreatitis. She was pooping blood and just not herself. I fully believe that these guys saved her life. She is now acting herself after less than a week of getting her back. Just wanted to thank the doctors and apologize if Noodle was snippy to anyone. She’s usually not like that I swear! She even played with her favorite ball today.

I couldn't be more thankful to the incredible staff at this location. They have been open for two weeks and showed the empathy and grace of a longstanding team. My soul dog, Dusty, had multiple seizures and passed shortly after at this location. They absolutely loved him and cared for him as if he were their own. During his passing, they ensured everything was in order and explained things, many times, for as many times as I needed to hear them. It was one of the worst days of my life, but they led with their whole hearts in the process. I am forever thankful for them. It speaks volumes on how time doesn't reflect the rating of a place but, the compassion of the people do. After their care of my fur baby and watching this team help other families, I can say that, without a doubt, anyone's fur baby will receive the best care they could ask for. Thank you, VEST for being a guiding light on one of my darkest days. ❤️

My lab, Smokey, had his history taken and almost immediately brought back by the assistant, Vera. She was very calm and patient with Smokey, especially since he has bad anxiety with the vet. They had many other people come in and I can't thank her enough. We decided to leave as he was stable and his normal self. However, I appreciate Vera taking his vitals, being patient, and giving good information about monitoring him until we're able to get to our vet. It was obvious that she cared about him and his well being. They seem like a good community with people that generally care. Highly recommend
