I'm so grateful that my thirteen-year-old chihuahua is still with me thanks to the wonderful teamwork of everyone involved! I don't want to single anyone out because it was truly a collaborative effort. The cost was significant, but when your dog is family, the expense is secondary to their well-being. They also offer and install financial aid, with approval often taking only minutes. Based on my own experience, I highly recommend this emergency place if you really care about your pet!!

I'm so grateful that my thirteen-year-old chihuahua is still with me thanks to the wonderful teamwork of everyone involved! Mar 24, 2025 · Armando RodriguezThere aren’t enough stars to express my gratitude for the incredible care they provided for Moon (my fur baby). We arrived at midnight on Friday and needed to do an emergency surgery. Throughout it all, the staff (from the front desk staff to the triage nurse to the doctor, quite literally everyone) was nothing short of amazing—compassionate, honest, and dedicated to my dog’s health and well-being. A special shoutout to Cassidy for patiently answering all of my questions and ensuring I felt informed and reassured every step of the way. I also truly appreciate their open concept policy, which allowed me to be present throughout Moon’s care. Dr. Garnier took the time to walk me through the ultrasound and treatment plans, explaining everything in clear detail, which helped give me peace of mind. Thank you endlessly for being there for Moon and me during such a difficult time, for being open to working with us in the most compassionate, understanding, and caring way I’ve ever seen. Your care and dedication saved her life, and I will always be grateful. If you’re looking for a veterinary team that treats your pet like family during times of stress and emergency, this is the place.
Mar 02, 2025 · Nhi NguyenDr. Bertolini and Nurse Jocelyn were phenomenal when caring for our fur baby! From start to finish they stayed with us through the whole process when our dog had HGE and other complications and had her back to normal the next morning. They explained everything throughly and were very reassuring when it felt like hopelessness. I wish this ER was a Veterinary office so we can always bring our baby to them! 10/10 recommend these wonderful souls!
Mar 17, 2025 · daniella riveraI cannot say enough great things about the Veterinary Emergency Group. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the entire team was incredibly caring, compassionate, and professional. They took immediate care of RolloStone and made sure I was kept informed every step of the way. What truly sets them apart is their open-concept approach, allowing owners to stay with their pets throughout the entire process. Being able to be by RolloStone’s side the whole time was invaluable and made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Their rates are on par with (if not better than) any other emergency vet, but when it comes to the care of your dog, there’s no price you can put on peace of mind and excellent treatment. I’m beyond grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to return in a heartbeat if another emergency ever arose. Highly recommend them!
Feb 15, 2025 · MaritsaWish I could give this place more than 5 stars. This is probably the first time I go to a veterinarian ER and I’m happy with the outcome. I took my pet last night after she spent the day throwing up and having a bloody discharge. She was taken in right away and Dr. Cisneros and her whole team was amazing, she gave us an accurate diagnostic super quick and suggested my dog needed surgery before it would get worse. We agreed and a few hours later, my dog came out of surgery like a champ. She spent the night and was in a good mood this morning which only means they treated her good during her stay, I know how she behaves if she doesn’t like the place/people. They kept us in the loop the entire time and Dr. Sekar gave me a call early in the morning to update me on my dog’s progress which I appreciate. I love that you can actually see what your pet is getting done and staff LOVES animals like their own, they know what they are doing and will try to accommodate your pet and your needs as much as they can. I hope we don’t have to use emergency care again but now I know where to take my pets and will recommend this place to others as well. Thanks for all you do!!
