The veterinarians here are so awesome. I took my six month old puppy in and they took great care of him. My daughter and I were relieved and more knowledgeable than when we entered. We really appreciate the amazing staff.

What an amazing experience! It was our first time here and i would only go to this place for any emergencies with our fur baby. The staff was friendly, caring , professional and reassuring. We love the open concept where we were allowed to be at the treatment area while treatment is being done. We were so surprised that we were even allowed to take photos and videos during the treatment. Very efficient Team! You can see their teamwork in action. I highly recommend this place! Thank You Dr. Irvin, Nina, and the person who is in the picture, holding RJ while they induced vomiting, the lady who administered the activated charcoal , and everyone ( apologize for not getting all your names) Thank Y’all! P.s. RJ was able to open a present gifted to us , which was placed under the Christmas tree which included chocolates , that we were not aware of. Definitely lesson learned.

I have had a great experience with the VE emergency group. I was allowed to stay with my cat, which is awesome. We arrived at midnight and immediately saw the doctor. Our cat was calm and relaxed because he stayed with us. I highly recommend it!

I appreciate having a caring & professional option for the rare pet emergency. The check-in process is online and completed before we arrived. Costs were explained in advance for approval. Payment process is also online simply by following a texted link. We feared our Great Dane was experiencing bloat. Staff was holding the door open for us as we walked up. Jessica didn’t flinch when I warned that our dog was fearful & unfriendly. The staff welcomed us in and allowed me to assist with leading our dog where needed, to avoid unnecessary stress. I also muzzled and unmuzzled her as needed. I was with our dog everywhere (except x-rays of course) by their invitation. While waiting for tests and second radiology opinion on x-rays we heard the staff calling to check in with previous patients.
