An incredible, educational, and comforting experience! The team included me in every step and even let me stay overnight with my cat, providing cozy bedding in a private room with my cat Clover. Clover loved the staff too! Highly recommend for urgent pet care.

A standout feature mentioned is the provision of private rooms with cozy bedding, allowing owners to stay overnight with their pets. This exceptional level of support and accommodation underscores VEG's commitment to not only the well-being of the animals but also the comfort and peace of mind of their human families. The отзыв mentioning the ability to stay overnight with a pet in a private room is a particularly unique and valuable feature. VEG's willingness to accommodate this need demonstrates a deep understanding of the emotional bond between pets and their owners and a commitment to providing holistic care that addresses both the medical and emotional aspects of an emergency.

The emphasis on education, as noted in one of the reviews, suggests that the team at VEG takes the time to explain medical conditions, treatment plans, and procedures to pet owners in a clear and understandable manner. This empowers owners to be active participants in their pet's care and helps to alleviate some of the anxiety associated with emergency situations.

While the primary focus of VEG is emergency care, the positive reviews indicate a comprehensive approach that includes thorough diagnostics, advanced treatments, and continuous monitoring. The successful recovery and healthy discharge of the pet in one of the отзыв attests to the effectiveness of their medical interventions.

Everyone was incredible from the moment I called to the moment my pet was discharged healthily and safely. She was given the most incredible care for a full 24 hours including being set up in her own room for her comfort. In the scariest moments VEG was supportive to me and my dog and I am so grateful I ended up here.

Our sweet kitty took a bad fall and I am so glad we chose VEG! My partner was seen so quickly and the follow up from staff was superb (shoutout to Margaux)! Emergency vet visits will always be $$$ - but the experience matters. Down to the little hearts on his cast, this boy was cared for. Will absolutely choose them again (although 🤞🏼 I hope we won’t have to)! 👏🏼

The entire team at VEG is so amazing. My cat, Ollie, was admitted for toxic ingestion in the early morning and was seen right away. The doctors and nurses were very communicative throughout this entire process, and kept me updated on his progress. It can be very hard to see your animals hurting, but everyone was so compassionate and kind :) It helped me feel extremely comfortable and confident in his care and recovery.

I just have to say Dr. Kristen Mader is a saint. we brought our golden Luna in having thought she had a tick born illness and unfortunately after various ultrasounds and a chest x-ray we found she has full of cancer from the spleen that had spread to her lungs. We were quite in shock and Dr. Mader somehow made it okay. she took the time to show us the x-rays of Lunas lungs va lungs of a healthy dog and really explained that we had no choice. She was so caring and compassionate and gave us as much time with Luna before I hit the button for her to come in. She also gave Luna a charcuterie board including chicken Parm ( Luna had to eaten in days) she gobbled it up. Then when it was time she explained the process and made it as peaceful as possible. Once Luna left us we stayed as long as long as we wanted in the family room with her. It was the hardest day of my life but somehow Dr. Mader made it okay. She really is a living saint and cannot thank her enough for her care of our sweet Luna. We will be forever indebted to her.
