I am deeply grateful for the compassionate care that Veterinary Emergency Group provided to my beloved baby girl Zara (11 year old Great Dane) during her tough recovery from surgery from a flipped stomach (surgery was done at a different vet) and, ultimately, through her passing. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed immense empathy and professionalism, handling everything with kindness and understanding. The veterinary team not only provided top-notch medical care, but they also treated Zara with the same love and respect that any family member deserves. Their support extended beyond Zara’s medical needs to me as her mama, which made all the difference in such a heartbreaking time. I cannot thank VEG enough for being there for us. If you're ever in need of an emergency clinic that combines expertise with genuine compassion, I highly recommend them. Thank you again to everyone at VEG for the comfort, kindness, and exceptional care that will never be forgotten.

Dr Mink and the two wonderful vet techs who assisted during our visit. From the first phone call, I was met with so much compassion, understanding, and patience. The entire team was the perfect combo of professional and empathetic. I cannot even begin to express how thankful I am for everyone making this experience a positive one, since ER visits rarely are. I had so much anxiety and was very worried when we came in and the team help ease my worries immediately. The clinic was incredibly clean, organized, welcoming, and comfortable. I’ve never felt so at ease while taking my pup to the doctor. I hopefully won’t have to return anytime soon for my own pup but I will 1000% recommend this hospital to everyone. Thank you ALL for your caring hearts and helpful, healing expertise! I am so grateful that you all were the ones we went to when my Phoebe was in trouble. The entire team is amazing!

I have PTSD from emergency vet clinics (see other review in my reviews for entire ) Anyways, going to emergency clinics send me straight into a panic. However, my experience with VEG and Dr. Shaw was better than I could have asked for. The minute I walked in I was greeted and checked in by Dr. Shaw, in the same transaction she quickly began a plan of action. Dr. Shaw was thorough and made sure I understood all the information. The two techs (I wish I had written their names down!) were so kind and caring to Koa, and myself. The entire experienced was 10/10…well ya know.. as much as an emergency vet visit could be a 10/10 experience. My anxiety subsided within the first 5 mins. We’re home now and Koa is laying legs up in the air, sleeping like a baby. Thank you guys for your work!

Dr. Bierly help me so much! I called in with some concerns about my newly spayed cats (their primary vet is closed) and she answered all of my questions, didnt pressure me to come in unnecessarily and helped easy my nerves. 10/10 service!!! Hopefully I will never have to make an emergency trip to the vet but if I ever do I most certainly will be taking them to see Dr. Bierly. Cat tax picture below of the aforementioned girls. 🧡

I wish I could remember the name of the doctor we saw, however, I was very out of sorts at the moment he introduced himself, but we visited the morning of 4/7 at about 430AM. He was the only doctor on shift that was able to treat an exotic animal and he was so friendly from the moment he answered the phone to the moment I left the establishment. He answered all my questions and was so calm while I was very clearly in a bad frame of mind with my pet. He was so gentle with my sugar glider which is important to me as he’s so little. The entire overnight staff that worked into the morning of 4/7/25 was absolutely phenomenal. Everyone was so friendly, patient, and understanding. 10/10 staff, they made me feel very accommodated and comfortable. They also adored my little sugar glider and I’m sure he appreciated all the extra love and attention he was receiving while being treated. I would highly recommend this emergency vet hospital to anyone. I hope to never return to an emergency vet but if I did have to this would be my first choice.
