We had to bring our puppy, Goose, to VEG for an emergency visit, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care he received. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered every single question we had. Dr. E was especially amazing!! She was genuinely excited to see Goose and went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of. You can tell that everyone here truly loves animals and wants nothing but the best for them. It’s never fun dealing with a pet emergency, but knowing that Goose was in such great hands made all the difference. Thank you to the entire team for your compassion and expertise! As you can see, Goose wasn’t stressed the entire time we were there. 2nd picture is the toy he received from their grand opening a couple weeks ago.

Faced with a life-threatening emergency involving their large Bernese Mountain Dog while being nine months pregnant and alone with a toddler, the team at VEG, including Dr. Griffin, went above and beyond the call of duty. Recognizing the urgency and the owner's physical limitations, Dr. Griffin and a team came to the owner's home to safely transport the dog to the hospital. This act of compassion and proactive support in a dire situation speaks volumes about the level of care and commitment that VEG provides to its clients.

Upon arriving at the hospital, the owner continued to experience exceptional kindness and accommodation. We can’t recommend this emergency hospital enough! I’m 9 months pregnant with a toddler and my husband was unable to be with me when our emergency happened. When we realized (while talking over the phone) that the emergency was life threatening and my dog needed emergency surgery but I could not get my huge Bernese Mountain Dog in the car by myself, Dr Griffin and a team came to my home to get my dog for me. When I got to the hospital, everyone was so kind and accommodating. They not only know their stuff, but they love animals. My dog was in heaven with all of the attention he was getting from all the staff as they prepped him for surgery. He was on his back wagging his tail wanting belly rubs as if everything was fine. I was able to be right by my dog the entire time while personally being checked on by the staff constantly to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed including water, snacks, phone charger etc. (I swear they kept me calm and from going into labor from the craziness of my situation). Their open floor plan allows you to be as involved in your pets visit as you’re comfortable with. His surgery went so well and they sent me updates through the night. We were allowed to visit him whenever we wanted and they even informed us that it’s possible to stay the night on pull out beds if we wanted. When it was finally time to bring him home, they had a grand send off with balloons and a bow. When you have a traumatic thing happen to your pet (whether you’re a helpless pregnant woman or not) you want people that you trust and feel like friends to be there for you! That is this hospital! They provided the best experience for the worst case scenario and we are so grateful!

This much needed ER facility for animals just opened and we were fortunate our emergency happened when it did so we could come here. This facility is State-of-the-Art! The staff and Dr Griffin were so kind and reassuring to us and to our dog. They sat on the floor and comforted our dog. They actually scanned and did tests needed right there in the comfort of an open floor plan. I don't think my dog knew she was at the veterinarian. They even brought out a dog mat for her to rest on. Needless to say it made us calm as well because I know our pets pick up on our stress. Everything about what could have been a traumatic experience was put to rest after hanging out here for a 1.5 hrs. I'm so happy to now have something like this so close to my home. Thank you, Dr Kristen Griffin and Staff, for taking such good care of our Dory girl.

I am soooo grateful that this style ER vet is in the area and, assuming I have time, I will always go out of my way to drive here. It is a game changing experience for dogs. They made the whole thing so much more positive for my boy and I could literally see that every other pet received the same care. I highly recommend it to everyone I know.

Absolutely incredible staff. Quickly assessed my doggo at 11:00 PM on a Friday night. Very thorough and even took the time for an in-house second opinion just to be safe. Was absolutely impressed with every aspect of care. Clean, comfortable, fast, friendly, and they love your pets like you do.
